My Dear Destiny (2020)

In episode 26 of My Dear Destiny, there is a similar scene of being trapped in a cold room and the ml saves the fl.

The FLs in both have a false/someone else's identity and find themselves married to the ML. The FL dislikes the ML at first and the ML is initially cold and wants to get rid of her but slowly falls in love with her.

The FL ends up in a different world from her own and meets the ML who initially tries to kill her but then slowly falls in love with her. Both are mostly light and fun dramas.

FL ends up in another girl's body, married to royal ML who is cold toward her at first. SFL is a jealous concubine scheming to get rid of her. At some point the FL gets banished to the distant palace where the ex-concubines live.

Both are historical/fantasy dramas in which one of the leads is poisoned/ill resulting in an animal-like personality to emerge. The other lead soon learns their secret.

Both are mostly light dramas with a similar feel. The FL is from another world and arrives in the historical/other one in the body of an "ugly" maid vs. "ugly" concubine. ML is royal in both.

Both are a low-budget romantic dramas where the action takes places mostly in the royal harem. Both have nice chemistry between the leads, a little bit of political scheming, some same plot twists and some typical Chinese melodrama clichees

Has the same leading man. Although this is a low budget production, I enjoyed it. In the time of the Yi, Humans, the Wolf tribe and the Witches lived dangerously together on the land of Zhangzhou. The divine maiden of the Witch tribe, Mi Qi Qi, was sent to the human world by her master from the tribe and is then embroiled in the fight of king Lu Ao's harem. The two eventually joined hands to calm the chaos of the three tribes.

In both dramas the FL ends up in another girl's body, married/engaged to the original girl's husband/fiancée. The main couple are antagonistic at first but later fall in love.
