Strangers from Hell (2019)

Both stories are violent but powerful. The plot is not the same but you feel the same sense of desperation and gloom.

its not the same plot although both of the MC finds their true 'hobby'

Both SFH and Burning are brilliant psychological thrillers. Both MLs aspire to be writers while struggling in society because of their financial status. Moonjo and Ben are seriously brothers from different mothers too ^^

The villain is trying to groom the victim to become another villain. Bloody and grotesque scenes are also similar in both dramas.

It is the people around the protagonists who drive them to madness...in both of them they are made out to be crazy, more so than they are...

- KP thai drama, SFH korean drama
- KP is definitely lighter than SFH, it contains comedy, which isn't included in SFH
- SFH is more gorey than KP
- SFH isn't exactly a BL (in my opinion there is a strong chemistry + a lot of details that are a bit spicy, but there's no kissing etc. in SFH)
- SFH is a disturbing horror, while KP is more action themed romance

Both dramas have/are..
- Very similar premises, which is around strange people in complexes.
- Fast paced.
- Culprit who’s much closer than you’d think.
- Gloomy atmosphere.

Parasite is based more on moral focus.
These two drama and movie are different sides of the same coin.

Although Ogre is a bit humorous, it's still dark and intriguing. At some point, it gives similar vibes because of the weird neighborhood, creepy neighbors, insane people, and mysterious crimes happening there.

Both have a character that's an outsider arriving at a place that holds secrets. Both are thrillers with mystery and psychological elements. Both have unsettling characters.

Both are psychological & creepy but pigpen is more dark. The beginning of it will give kinda strangers from hell vibes somewhere. You'll feel those ominous & spooky vibes as you have felt in strangers from hell. & yeah gaslighting stuffs is here too with a bunch of creepy & strange people.

Psychological and suspenseful, Murder Cases, Hierarchy of society, Urban poor, Cinematography, strong and hidden messages and more.
