The story of how a sense of support can give you a ray of hope for better tomorrow and strength to work your way up. Overcoming the struggles, accepting defeat and putting it behind you so you can move forward. Welcoming someone into your world and heart and being able to say goodbye. This movie has quite a lot of truly emotional messages wrapped in a nice, simple storyline with a big heart.
The acting was amazing. Jo Jung Suk has this ability to make me hate his character with my whole heart at first, to later make me love and adore him. Doo Sik's treatment of Doo Young at the beginning got my blood boiling, but the gradual and solid character development done with his character made me care for him far more than I expected.
Do Kyung Soo's scene after the final match broke me for a few good minutes. It amazes me how natural he is with the craft of acting. Kim Kang Hyun's character was a lighter touch to the story, perfectly balancing the comedy and drama. Even Park Shin Hye did a good job, portraying a coach who is not willing to give up on Doo Young.
Overall, I didn't expect to like it that much, but I truly fell for its charm and the well written characters. The portrayal of mental struggle after facing a tragedy was done in a realistic way that made me feel the pain the characters' were showing. Rather than painfully sad, it's a touching story that will make you cry your eyes off, but won't leave you in a depressive mood.

Great performance of the two main actors ! Be prepared to be teary-eyed!
The story is centred around 2 brothers reacquainting themselves with each other after being apart for a while and in the midst of unfortunate circumstances. Even if the main conflict is not that original, it is superbly treated. I found it really well done even though the pacing was a bit too fast for some of the developments. The plot was still quite realistic and sensible in terms of characters growth. The movie is mainly shining thanks to the great performance of the 2 main actors playing the brothers. Jo Jung Suk and Doh Kyung Soo are usually amazing and this is once again a home-run acting-wise. Side characters tend therefore to disappear and are paling in comparison with the actors portraying the siblings.
I did not necessarily find the production and the music memorable but they were good enough to bring the story to live.
I would recommend this movie to people looking for a cathartic bromance story that will bring you all the feels and tears!

Convido você a assistir !

Family friendly tear-jerker
I tend to overthink my choices when deciding what to watch, often getting so caught up in choosing something that I end up not watching anything at all! Surprisingly, I made the spontaneous and random choice to watch this one. I didn't recognize any of the actors in it at the time and made my decision solely based on the storyline. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it.Doh Kyung Soo's compelling portrayal of his character left a lasting impression on me. It was around the time when I was binge-watching a bunch of movies and dramas back to back, and he kept appearing in all of them! I remember thinking, whoa, who is this guy? This was before I knew he was a part of EXO (I knew of the group but didn't recognize its members individually at that time), and I was genuinely surprised to discover that he wasn't primarily known for being an actor, considering how exceptional he was! Needless to say, I became very interested in him from that day on; he's undeniably multi-talented.
I particularly enjoyed the bromance in this film. It delivered on precisely what I was hoping for in this movie —a nice gradual development of their relationship despite being complete opposites. While I highly value character development, I must say that in this movie, it felt somewhat abrupt for the ML. However, I found it realistic enough, considering this was a 2-hour movie and not a full-fledged 16+ episode drama.
The story itself wasn't groundbreaking, and I would describe it as relatively average overall. I wasn't expecting it to be as melodramatic as it turned out to be, especially considering the main genre tagged here on MDL was comedy. However, it was the acting that made this movie memorable for me. Both actors did exceptionally well in portraying their emotions, which made me tear up too, especially at the end.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good bromance film.

So much more than you'd expect!
*I advise some tissues be present when watching this*^that's all I'm gonna say
This movie seems like a funny movie at face value but its more than that! Granted is is super funny too. The movie will take you on a ride as you get to know the characters and then get to know them better ahah. The trailer makes it seem like a straight forward comedy but it's a lot more then that and has some actual substance to it! I would definitely recommend watching. I don't want to put too much into the review, but please give it a chance. Oh, and I will say that this is one of the first things I saw Do Kyungsoo act in, and he is much better than a lot of idols, but I think people have caught onto that since Swing Kids and some of his other acting things.
