The storylines are written by the same writer and I absolutely love her work. She also wrote Missing You.

Both are Makjang Dramas. Both have a wealthy family that is tied to a poor family. Both have a main character that deals well with a disability and plays piano. In Can You Hear My Heart it is Deafness and in You Are Too Much it is Blindness.

Similar story line as the korean drama "Can You Hear My Heart" about a hero who conceals his hearing impairmentfrom the world. But the story differs completely as he plays the one who wants a revenge on his father who disowned him in childhood due to this problem. And the woman who is devoted to him and helps him find the light through the darkness of hatred.

Differences:
-Can You Heat My Heart is a makjang melodrama while Stars Falling from the Sky is a slightly melo romcom. The first is serious and heart wrenching while the second is relatively light hearted and funny. They do well in their own genre, though, so they're both worth the watch!

These are both melodramas with a similar feel to them. They both involve characters reuniting after many years and have a theme of overcoming hardship, with many revelations and twists along the way.

Both feature a male lead who due to a traumatic event in their past have been rendered disabled (one deaf and one blind). These leads can be a bit cold on the outside at times and can appear to be uninterested in what is going on around them, yet they both have a warm, fuzzy inside that leaks through especially when the female lead is present. Someone Like You is more melodrama, and has a dreamy pace while Can You Hear My Heart is more makjang and has a faster pace. Perfect shows to warm your heart on a Sunday afternoon.

Both are very good dramas that teaches you what's important in life. Both dramas have really good acting. Even though the plots aren't similar at all the feel in the dramas is similar and gives you this warm feeling.

They both have warm and sincere characters. Both drama have this family vibe, it's that type of drama that makes you feel warm inside! Both are really good dramas, definitely worth checking out!

The main character Lee Shin is similar to Bong Ma Roo in CYHMH. Both drama contains sibling love.
