both have teams, fighting for justice,,,,,some exceptional martial skills,,,and main lead of both shows have quite a intense past
Both is a story of love that is not just based on appearance but what important is in the inside that matters.
Both romantic comedies involves a rich guy with a poor but cute/nice girl. Similar themes. Great actresses in both, though the overall acting of the cast in fated to love you is probably better.
both have funny characters in addition to the main cuple, they have not the typical story of romance, maybe some love triangle but without becoming awkward to watch.

In both series the main woman isn't considered a suitable partner by the men around them. They end up meeting younger men who will help them change themselves.
In both series the woman wants to be a teacher and she enters in conflict with a student.
both shows based on political strategies....nirvana in fire is visually more appealing and the story line is complementing the the overall gist of the show, indeed a epic show.....whereas three kingdom is pretty good too but with the quite long progression of the story,,
both representing the same era...... three kingdom is detailed and started from the beginning of all the strife... however in the movie there is focus on the battle of red cliff.
red cliff is one of the best historical asian movies...three kingdoms is also pretty good.

City Hunter is good acting, good action, good story but when it comes to Healer it is better acting, better action, better story.
The female lead is same in both drama's although her character is more thorough and defined in Healer than in City Hunter.
The romance in Healer definitely overpowers the romance in City Hunter. the adaption is better as well.
In similarities, is the good guy second leads and the overall action.
If you liked City Hunter, Healer will swoon you :)

They are both based on Itazura na Kiss, though Love in Tokyo is a much better remake.
Solving crime through time, the only exception is in "To Get Unstuck in Time" the son is contacting his father 20 years in the past.
Both dramas are really different because one is comedy and the other is melodrama but the stories are similar.
Both lead characters fight for their life and have a mission.

Both dramas feature an immature, arrogant and wealthy business man falling head over heels for a poor and feisty girl. Both male leads are quite obsessed with the female lead, and comedy ensues.
