It was the same actor! The Female lead is also a doctor here and both dramas seem to have a SML that's actually dark and obsessive. Overall they are similar.

Both FLs had a past connection to the ML when he was a child, she then dies and is reborn. Years later the FLs reunite with the ML who is now an adult and have never forgotten her, as well as the family they left behind in their past life.

Both are love stories between a police officer and a Doctor. They both meet during an accident involving dismantling a bomb. the only difference is the couple in Love Song in Winter were once lovers

Very similar with the palace and political conflicts. Both the male and female lead characters are or become righteous and influential with strong moral compasses. Both female leads may seem weak at first but they quickly change and become strong, quick thinking, decisive, and upright women. Both men show loyalty and bravery.

If you enjoy a well constructed plot and characters you can really root for; not just the leads but also many of the people surrounding them; then you will love both these series.

A found family, triller and it's mysterious power centered. Buy one is gore and the other is more light. But I'd you enjoyed one you should enjoy the other.

The tyrant is filled with assassins, a badass female lead with special abilities and have a great actor cast. It's only a few episodes , but it's as gore and bloody as this one. Verry enjoyable.

They basically could be in the same universe. In this the female lead has just escaped from where they were confining her and she is just figuring out the outside world. She is still young and other members are after her.

They are both verry gore and have a strong female lead. They both are centered around a big organization that locked up kids, looking for the one who escaped . They are somewhat the same show with one where the girl escaped with her friends and formed a family and the other escaped alone and fighting with herself. I really think they could be in the same universe.

The hearwarming family with their children bring problems to them. And one of the daughter is the doctor is similar to the character of second daughter in Korean drama.

Both have a married woman investigating a crime that may have ties to her husband. Both husbands are wearing masks of harmless innocence, happy go lucky, but they're hiding dark secrets.

Both shows have a rich, cold guy who loses his memories and becomes innocent. He's helped by the FL in a rural setting and they fall in love. What happens when he regains his memory?

If you like a show who had everything to be great then degenerates into gratuitous domestic violence.
