Both revenge dramas where the male leads revenge their sufferings and that of their mothers. The female leads of course act as a buffer in “cooling down” the temper of the male lead

LMIYD isn't medical but I think they are similar in the fact that the male leads are very talented in what they do. In Doctor John the male lead is a talented doctor who was wronged in the past. In LMIYD the male lead is a skilled criminal phycologist, he is well known and one of the best in his field. Similarly to in Doctor John, people find him suspicious at first and think he's a bad person, but with the help of the female lead (that they slowly fall in love with), they are accepted and people realise their skill in their field. The female leads also become able to accept their tragic pasts, whilst falling deeply in love with the troubled male lead.

I highly recommend both dramas. They are both very similar, just one is based on medical situations and the other, criminal situations :)

Celebrity dads caring for their children without help from their wife for 48 hours. It is the longest running celebrity and children pairing show, first airing in 2013 and is among the top favorite show in Korea as well as abroad.

In both dramas we have a rich and powerful but dysfunctional and crazy family. We have a chaebol family in Graceful family and a modern royal family in the last empress.
The main vilain in the two dramas are women. They both want to remain in power and are willing to do all it takes for it.
There is also a similar plot with a number of murder cases to be solved and family members of ther murdered trying to seek revenge. The storyline in graceful family is better written and somehow more realistic than the one of The last empress which sometimes lack coherence.
In their own way both dramas are enjoyable and very entertaining.

Both dramas feature female leads who are in positions of social stigma but learn to love their lives confidently and accept love. Both dramas feature social themes that are often not portrayed and offer refreshing social commentary. Both dramas are a little more serious but feature enjoyable performances and leave lasting impressions.

Both have gentle romances with the prince/royalty. Female has some more worldly knowledge than him and teaches him outside of his comfort zone.

Both have similarities because The second Male lead is the female lead's brother except with In Youth the main Female Lead brother is an enemy to the first male lead, same situation with the Negotiator except the second male lead sister works at both businesses, under disguise, negotiator is more about making negotations and In youth is mostly about friendship and romance, both have business corporations, both have business and romance, except In Youth is mainly about friendship and solving problems and Negotiator is mostly about Romance.

These shows are similar in the fact that the male lead forgets things daily, due to something tragic happening in his past. In DJ the CEO male lead forgets everything at the end of every day but after meeting the female lead he doesn't seem to forget about her due to his feelings for her.
MGIAA is about an alien who has landed on earth, she had something taken away from her, preventing her from leaving earth. The man who stole her item is a man with a secret, due to something happening as a child, he forgets every woman he has ever met when it rains, the only person he seems to remember is our female lead.

While these are set in different stages of life, both are very light and fluffy webdramas with love triangles. They both have smart female leads and sweet, but grumpy male leads.

Both are love stories set in school (high school for best mistake and college for queen of the ring). Both of the romances kick off with a misunderstanding/straight up lie from the FL, and a love triangle ensues.

High school drama, love triangles (in as in click your heart, a weird love pentagon) and have a lighthearted, fluffy feel.
