I think this was the first historical drama I ever watched and wow, it was a pretty epic first. First I have to say that I was in love (and completely heartbroken) by the young actors. They really drew me in and made my decision to stay and watch. The story was overwhelming in all the best ways so I guess the only complaint I really have is the way I felt it dragged on towards the end. It really wouldn't stop me from watching again, though.
