Focuses more on the gore than the plot. Still liked it
The plot is very simple, a revenge drama. It is very predictable too. The main actor is kinda meh in showing expressions. But the other actors compensate for it. Especially the kid who plays the villain's child version in the flashback is terrific. His performance stands out the most. Other side actors are good too. But since the other important factors for this movie are average, whole movie looks average. You might still want to go back and re-watch certain scenes because the gore is done well (not realistic tho, it's 2009 what do you expect). But whole movie is ... okayish I guess?Cet avis était-il utile?

I wish KhaiThird didn't end up together
I have not read the book this story was based on, so my opinions are strictly based on the show.First of all, Khai was not a good friend to Third. So, I really don't understand why Third was so passionately in love. Again, I don't understand why Khai fell in love with Third. Were the feelings always there? Or it was because of the video? Did Khai even like him as a friend first? Or he just tolerated him? It felt like the plot was rushed halfway. Both were incredibly toxic towards each other even though no one is entitled to the way how the other feels. After they start dating 'officially', Khai gets kissed without consent/is assaulted at the bar. But Third creates a ruckus without even giving a chance to Khai to explain. What kind of a boyfriend wouldn't believe that you are capable of getting assaulted? And after that Train scene happens (this is the only scene that almost brought me to tears thanks to OffGun), Third says "why didn't you tell me?". You threw a literal glass bottle at Khai when you saw him coming towards you to talk?
The OST was awesome. Un and Two were cute. You can give this show a try.

If you want to watch because the main cast looks promising, please don't.
It's because they barely have any screentime. And their storyline barely moves and is rushed in the end. There are too many subplots and side characters for like 60% of the show, so Khatha and Dome barely get any screentime. Hell, the side characters get so much screentime that they can be called the main characters at this point. If I make a Gun Atthaphan cut for this entire show where he is awake and acting instead of being unconscious or stuck somewhere, it would only be of 30 minutes max. And the plot in itself is a mess - is it about time travel? Multiverse? Mythical creatures? Inspired by religious things? Black Magic? Cults? You wouldn't know because it is a clusterfuck of all of these.
(Since when centuries' old magically summoned devils started dying of mere bullets? lol)
But still 2 episodes were very good storywise- the one with memory butterflies (the acting was top notch) and the episode where The One appears for the first time (Gun can play multiple characters well).
Such a wasted potential that it left me angry. It could've been so much better. They have left an open end at the final episode hinting at a season 2 but I wouldn't wanna watch it if this is what the director is gonna do again. The VFX was trash too towards the end. Tor Thanapob as Khatha was amazing but even he couldn't save this show for me. But I will look forward to his work from now on.
