Hello and Welcome,

I am Sugy and I love stories. Whether it be books, dramas, movies or just stories inside my head and as long as the story is engaging I don't mind the language either. Often I find gems when I pursue with an open mind.

I grew up reading books and in the world of books I lived. In 2012 I was first exposed to Boys over Flowers and sank in the world of K-drama. Then COVID-19 happened and I entered the world of C-dramas. I watched one or two Taiwan and Japanese dramas as well.

I'm especially enraptured by historical dramas and my favourite is The Rise of the Phoenixes.

If you ever find a character as layered, smart/cunning and badass like Ning Yi please let me know.

I love all genres but examples of what I like

• Romance: Legend of Fu Yao,  Descendants of the Sun
• Intrigue: The Rise of the Phoenixes, Mad Dog, Joy of Life
• Fluff: Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, School 2017, Go Go Squid, Count Your Lucky Stars

Right now all I wanna watch is Chinese Historical dramas (Yup I go into phases/obsessions like that). I love to hear your recommendations and thank you for stopping by.

Ratings and Reviews: I rate and review as soon as I finish a drama so I might be biased on how much I liked it. Often when I re-watch my ratings coz when you re-watch, it either becomes more perfect or the flaws glaringly obvious.
