Sometimes the truth hurts

Enrique knows that if he doesn't do the animation, his idiot fans will never leave him alone. He has to do this, or they'll be chasing him, making nasty rumors, hurting Dok Mi, forever. I get it. This mean he's more logical than I originally thought, and logical people can sometimes hurt the ones they love.

Let's hold back judgement until the final episode. I think it'll end okay; have faith.

*sniffle*

It's really bad that I watched this on my lunch at work because Enrique had me crying! Wah! I keep going back to Dok Mi and her teenage dream to marry her first kiss. That has to be Enrique, even if he kissed her by tripping in the dark. It has to end with them together!

The next episode looks AMAZING! Can't wait!

Perfection!

I love the happy Enrique, but it's also important to see the Enrique who struggles with fear and doubts just like the rest of us. His insecurities make him so relatable, and watching him with Dok Mi; they're perfect together.

This episode felt real, so real. My heart swelled up so much, I thought it would burst to overflowing! So beautiful!

Don't leaaaaaaave!!!

Well, the preview for episode 10 shows Enique NOT leaving so YEAH!! Fighting!

Do Hwi has me totally confused at the end of this episode. Lit teacher, possibly?

Jin Rak, ah, Jin Rak what to say about you? You don't have a claim on Dok Mi. You're not married to her, so don't try to send Enrique away. Get over the fact that you have a challenger!

Claps hands loudly!!

I envy Dok Mi's way with words. She'd have the perfect way to describe their ending, in fact, she does. All I can say is that it fulfilled my every hope and dream, laughter and tears all the way!

Does anyone else love Tae Joon with the editor? Because they are so CUTE!!

I almost feel like I can die happy. Like I could curl up into a little ball of bliss and just smile until my cheeks turn pink. Yeah!!!

EHHHH?

Seriously, what in the heck are they doing? I admit, I knew Dok Mi had a reason for impulsively running to Enrique, but what's with the ending?! Seo Young is as selfish as you can get apart from Do Hwi, and this episode proved how much I LOATHE her. She doesn't deserve Enrique and I hope he totally cures himself of his "first love" before he makes a huge mistake. Even if he doesn't end up with Dok Mi, he deserves better than Seo Young! ARGH!

Creeping right along

Maybe by the time Jin Rak and Dok Mi are in their 40s, he'll make a solid move. Ai, the man drives me nuts!

Loved Enrique's puppy-dog eyes at the end. I couldn't refuse someone hurting that much either, not even if I hated them at any other time.

Team Enrique!

Why did I wait so long!?

I'm doing some SERIOUS hating on the girlfriend!

But it's so CUTE that Riko's attracted to the way he dribbles! *laughs*

I wish I'd started watching this so much sooner!

Better

The plot's developing nicely, although not sure if I like the lead male character. The strip scene was HILARIOUS though. I mean, seriously, who dares someone else to sleep with them in the police station? So silly! The ending of this episode is sad, though. Depression is nothing to mess around with. I hope the doctor's able to help her.

Awwww

It's so cute that kids like him! Kamiya does seem like a very gentle and sweet spirit. Riko was awesome with her scolding. Funks are so easy to get into, but so difficult to get out of. Sometimes you just need a little push, even in the middle of a basketball game. I just wish his girlfriend was worthy of him. I mean, seriously, you've got a sweet guy who just needs a little motivation. Why would you cheat?! I just don't get it.

So sad.

The leads have some seriously intense quarrels in this episode; the insults are really flying, and it hurts. I hate to see people hurt each other like that. Still, maybe it'll help them both heal in the long run. I hope.

Yoon Si Yoon!

Not a bad start, plus, it's fun seeing Yoon Si Yoon in something other than "Flower Boy Next Door." That boy is so darn CUTE!! I'm not quite sure if I like the show yet, though, although the heroine is pretty tough, and she does have good chemistry with the male lead. I think it could progress nicely, but it's hard when I'm not sure that I really like the male lead yet, even if he is played by Yoon Si Yoon. He's a bit of a jerk and thinks every girl in his life is cute. Meh.

WOW

Ok, that was NOT a wall kiss. I've obviously seen too many repressed jdramas, because THAT kiss seriously shocked me! In the best way, too!

The episode itself was awesome, too. Finally, a few steps forward in the "handling their hangups" department. There's hope for both of them yet.

Hmmm

Good episode, one of the best ones so far.

It finally hit me that the female lead is a borderline sociopath. No empathy for others, no compassion, not even when her step-sister got a black eye. The only one who even comes close to breaking through her lack of empathy is the male lead. And then only sometimes, and usually after she's said something unforgivable.

Liking her is really hard. Maybe if I'd known someone like her, that would make a difference.

Ugly

She has such an ugly personality, it's sad. She'll never make any connections with people unless she changes it. So many lost and depressed people are in this show, which I guess makes it true to life. And yes, the kiss was definitely spur of the moment on his behalf. Talk about taking your life in your hands!
