One of a kind

I was not into any Xianxia drama in the past, but the Longest Promise caught me by surprise. The main leads, the coherent story, the visual effects, and the special effects all surpass the ones in previous Xianxia dramas that I tried to finish watching but couldn't. It's one of a kind and deserves my highest recommendation.

The male lead Xiao Zhan is a bit of a distraction, in my opinion. He's so handsome and elegant that sometimes I focused too much on his character Shi Ying and lost track of the plots, so I had to rewatch some plots a second time to redirect my attention to the storyline per se. lol
