This was the kind of drama I was looking for - light, romantic, a lot of cute moments, no villains, happy ending, I don't care if parts of it were unrealistic, this is a drama and what this type of dramas are all about - feel good.

I liked Kairi throughout this drama - I didn't really find him mean even when he was in his devil mode. Once he figured out his feelings for Nanase he was just sweet and straightforward (in his own way) about it. No being indecisive, no misunderstandings - he is cute when he is jealous.

Nanase was an okay character. I found her clumsiness annoying but she made up of for it on other parts of the story so all good.

In two episodes I was thinking, oh no! Are we going through all that cliche of having a lot triangle and heroic sacrifice - nope all resolved by the end of the episode and it just made me like Kairi more :-)

However, I did find Ryuko and Nishi a very awkward couple. I don't have anything about older female/younger male couples, but they were really awkward to watch, I couldn't get into the feeling of them being a couple. It just didn't click..., maybe it the manga they were? But not in this drama.

Happy feelings after watching - rewatch yes, definitely.....I will be having withdrawal symptoms for a while with this drama.
