Just finished Winter Begonia in English. Thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. Exceptional acting. I referred to internet many times during the episodes to understand what I was historically watching. I learned so much about Chinese opera, a topic I had no reference of. The music had so much to do with display of emotion in each episode. The costumes and makeup (which I looked up in the archives of Peking Opera on internet) were beautiful. This drama made me cry cry cry. Absolutely beautiful with a full array of emotion. Do not miss such an elaborate masterpiece that will teach you and well as entertain you. Zheng Yin and Huang Xiaoming displayed genius and mastery in their performance of these intense characters. Golden Rooster awards for both of them. (I had to look that up also. Still learning !) Watch this drama !!!
