The ending was very empty to me. The directors or whoever was in charge of writing could've done something to make it obvious that Meili and Haoran were dating at the end. I did feel some romance between the two, but it would've been perfect if they kissed or teased the idea instead of leaving it empty and up to us to figure out if they were together or not. Certain scenes could've been perfect for them to kiss, specifically the scene where Meili and Haoran were on the rooftop or when Meili finished singing at the end of the fashion show. That could've been cute.
