Definitely not a 10
This series is definitely not the worst series I've ever had the misfortune of watching (cough, tharntype s1, cough), but although it was pretty good in the beginning, it quickly got a bit .. boring. I enjoyed the plot at the start, I liked how they presented it and how Kuea's feelings were presented. I felt like I understood him in a way. I liked Lian as well, but he was honestly an asshole most of the time. I understood the plot, but honestly, I couldn't even get through the last episode. I skimmed most of the last episodes to be completely honest. I mostly kept watching for Yi and Diao as well as Syn and Nuer rather than Kuea and Lian. It was the same thing each episode for Kuea and Lian, just constant lying even until the final episode. They brushed over their problems a lot, and nothing truly got resolved. Not much communication. It was unsatisfying, really. It just kept getting worse as the episodes furthered towards the end. They had their cute moments like the side couples, but overall their romance was a bit lackluster to me. I have to give them a huge plus for the music though, I absolutely adored the music in the series. NuNew seriously has a gorgeous voice, he did amazing with his singing for the series. I never skipped his singing moments and I still go back to watch him sing Change. I also really adored the cast, MaxNat have amazing chemistry (they're my favorite honestly) as well as ZeeNew and TutorYim. Their chemistry outside of the series is adorable and MaxNat's vlogs together are so sweet.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this series but I'd definitely recommend listening to NuNew's music and watching other series that these actors are in instead.

Tear-jerking & Completely Sweet
This series was one of the cutest I've watched in a hot minute. Down to the main characters, the side couples, just everything was adorable. The conflict didn't feel forced, and neither did the romance.I loved the story down to the last of it. I didn't find it hard to follow at all, I loved how everything was presented and executed as well as the romance. Despite the romance being slow, only really appearing in the last episodes, I still found it 100% worth the watch since the main focus isn't primarily on Tua & Prakan's romance but also on character development and relationship development between the characters. One thing that I wish happened though was more screentime for Tee & Keeta's romance but they were still adorable either way. I really loved how Metha's & Prakan's relationship turned better as well, it was sweet seeing them finally hugging after being at each other's throats for so long.
I absolutely loved the acting/cast and the music as well. There were times when the music cut a bit weirdly, but it wasn't bad enough to distract from the story and what was going on in the scenes. The acting/cast was really captivating, the romance felt so real and sweet and it truly made me cry for multiple episodes, especially the last episode. You'll definitely need some tissues if sweet and loving couples make you an easy crier.

Definitely something
I really did expect more from season 2, but sadly it didn't meet my expectations. I was so excited for season 2, I really thought that it'd focus more on Yeonwoo finding his mother as well as Yoohan and on him independently since Hyunjun said he wouldn't be in this season. I was disappointed when they revealed the new lead purely because I loved Yeonwoo and Yoohan's romance, but I was also intrigued since I enjoyed VIXX and I recognized Hyuk. I was curious how they'd incorporate him into the plot.First, my rating for the story. The story wasn't as good as it was in season 1. It felt a bit rushed. It was like they were throwing things at you for the sake of it. I don't particularly enjoy love triangles so I was glad their love was one-sided honestly. I definitely get that a series being plot-heavy can make it less boring, but it was really just a bit boring and a bit harder to keep up with this time around. The action scenes weren't good at all, and I had a good laugh when I saw them in the hospital because how does Sehyun have casts on like... every part of his body like he broke everything but he only got hit like once.. that just didn't make sense.
I love the plot of the series, it's so unique and I haven't seen a BL mystery series with this type of plot before but the execution this season compared to the first is lacking. I can't say I disliked the chemistry between Yeonwoo and Sehyun though, they were definitely cute together and they both acted very well. Sehyun was definitely adorable, he was like a puppy.
Secondly, the acting/cast. The only thing I didn't like was Hyunjun not being there and the less screentime that Seohoo and Hyogi got. Like I mentioned before, the chemistry between Yeonwoo and Sehyun was cute, I didn't particularly think they were for me couple-wise, but I think they'd be really good as best friends since Yeonwoo is already in a relationship with Yoohan. Yoojun and Hyuk's acting was very good though, I didn't expect anything less and they definitely delivered.
Thirdly, the music. I liked the music from this season. I don't think I have much to say about it other than that lol.
Finally, the rewatch value. Personally, I don't think I'd watch this again. I've rewatched the first season more than thrice, but like I said this season just wasn't really my cup of tea. It was definitely better for others, judging by the reviews, so I'm glad some found good rewatch value in this. We all have different opinions, that's the beauty of it!
Overall, I think a solid 7 stars describes how I feel about this season. It wasn't bad, but I don't think I'll be rewatching it anytime soon unless it'd be to catch up again if they create a third season (hoping they do).
