What a refreshing and enjoyable drama ! I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much, but I it’s light and fun. I love all the characters and no overly annoying villains. The ML is the heart of this show. He played Yan Qing to perfection. Some reviewers say that Jason Gu’s portrayal isn’t natural, but I beg to differ. His charater is crass, overbearing softie full of heart. It was really good. The romance isn’t over the top either and their bickering scenes are funny. The plot is simple, and the overarching mystery isn’t too convoluted.
