Just as riveting as episode one! Packed with so much humor that the emotional, tear jerker moments hit even harder. Here is when bbo shines even more in her dual roles, this time feisty & horny. Soon Ae makes my heart ache, and the narrative does an excellent job in sparking curiosity about her life & family before death.

once again, hooked right from the start. I know everything that’s going to happen, which only makes this rewatch so satisfying. Bo Young, my love, she is just SO wonderful in this role. even when Bong Sun is timid, constantly apologizing, it just makes me want to hold her close. sure she’s pitiable, but that isn’t a bad thing. the world has beaten her down. weary and washed out, drifting through life like a ghost herself. Sun Woo is arrogant without being insufferable. he’s lonely too, but he’s able to glide along with a charming smile. intolerant of weakness and mistakes, which makes him Bong Sun’s foil. then miss thing, the ghostess with the mostess! lonely and frustrated but she’s still so alive and vibrant. I wonder if that’s why her frequency matched so well with Bong Sun. misc faves/highlights: Kwak Si Yang and bbo riding on a motorbike, food as communication and language, jazzy music, the soft lighting, ghosts!!, spooky and moody but with brightness and levity

This was a much stronger episode, with a truly unexpected development. It's just sooooooooo shockingly violent and bonkers! Now it's utilizing flashbacks, so I get to see Yoon Kyesang's bangs, which really are a serve...I'm not sure yet about the chemistry between him and my girl Ah Sung, but they do have a sweet and surprising romance going on. All the love stories in her dramas that I've seen so far have been similarly restrained, cute, and modest. And yet another with a leading man who is a lot more forceful and then has to adjust to her speed. It's so cute!!! Their chemistry might be a little lacking right now, but this dynamic has won me over.

Deeply silly first episode, though it's trying not to be with such grim subject matter. Much of it felt rote and a little bland. Love the Prison Playbook teas (toothbrush as weapon). The music was also all over the place and distracting. Now onto what I did love. Go Ah Sung! What a face. Thinking particularly about that shot where her face was illuminated by sunlight <3
