The drama has the same theme in so many aspects. A lone woman who's almost a dried fish finds themselves in the care of an older man to help them with their own love life and career.

It has the same theme of being a manga original then adapted into a movie, both are also about life and music.

It gave me the same feel but on a different age level. Osozaki is more on a midlife resolution while Orange Days is on a college level life choices and experiences.

Though the story line is nothing alike - the feel of this drama reminds me of City Hunter.

The only similarities in detail is the main female lead which is Park Min Young and the way the main lead tries to disguise himself in all black: aside that the rest is very different.

It has the same concept of time travel during the Edo era, but this is a more serious drama with more gist on the medical side.

Both dramas has a fashion theme, with RomCom and cross dressing along the story line. If you enjoyed this movie, Paradise Kiss will offer something more on a serious note while focusing on relationships and change.

Both dramas has the same theme where in the main lead is a genius who is good at solving serial killer criminal cases. Although there are differences in the story line, there is still quite some similarities. I wouldn't want to spoil any details since it's the mystery that makes both drama really good, so I'm leaving both comparisons for you once you check it out.

Highly recommending both series for those whole love mystery, suspense and psychological drama with bits of dark humor.

I like to compare both main characters and their self absorbed point of view in life. Both films are a book adaptations which depicts depression, suicide, sex, loss and life. It may be a bit slow but the story line, cinematography and acting makes up for it.

All together, both movies are beautifully written, definitely not a waste of time to watch.

Both films start with the same word LOVE. The only comparison I can make here besides the title is the fact that the main female character are celebrities in their own way and are somehow trying to fill in the void finding true love despite being celebrities.

It has the same feel of high school students, running around and getting killed off. The gore, the violence and a freakish story line... it's all in both films.

Although it has a very different story line than Dr. Ian, it has the same concept of a web drama having short episodes. It also has Sandara Park as the main actress.

This is the movie in which this whole drama was based on. It is paralleled at some point in the story line but has different scenarios when it comes to details and endings. I still recommend the movie for further comparison.
