Saifah and Zon were also a beautiful side couple, their relationship was so innocent and light. Their build up was also well paced and didn't feel rushed. The thing I liked most is the innocence of their relationship, because they were just friends that had to cross paths a lot. Friendly and courteous but still had some fight in them to resist each other.
Their were some rubbish people in this series that invaded people privacy and it was never addressed, but they were minor. One of my biggest pet peeves is that writers seem to think that every guys response to rejection is to try and force themselves onto someone. Please stop that rubbish, that IS NOT a natural response for normal people. Anger and even rage maybe a better response, but they don't turn into rapist.

Something to ride home about
This show opened with one of the most heart-breaking and upsetting moments I have ever seen in a movie. Where children are forced to register as suspected homosexuals, I swear. Not to mention they were sent to a military camp... Gay, straight or alien, bishhhh, you will have to kill me and anyone that is friends with me because you can't take them neither. MAKE MEH CAREThe story takes place in a time when homosexuality was obviously taboo to the point of it being a crime. In this we find the two main actors who literally became friends by accident and became close enough to wonder if they are just friends. The story progresses through a series of moments that are simply beautiful for anyone to experience together, I mean anyone in any type of relationship should have these moments, the cinematography wasn't top-notch but it was still captivating to see the simple yet beautiful moments these two friends shared. I loved how they were allowed to remain innocent throughout their entire screen time with some clear fan service up in the mix. They got on with being two teenage boys loving each other's company, doing what teenage boys do without being typical sex addict portrayals.
Love and family also had a good contrast here, where emotions run high and things happen and things are said that may not be true but are meant within the moment. In the heights of the drama (pun intended) everyone starts to wonder what really exists between them and one thing that leads to another results in an actually heart-breaking disagreement between the two boys. If teachers were really responsible for the mayhem that ensues, WOW you all need a jump-kick or two. However, this was not the worst part, the worst part was Dew never making it to the Phop in time. I was honestly lost for a little while during the story, but when that flashback came, I wished I was still in the dark about what happened.
These actors did an amazing job and some of their best scenes happened to involve a telephone... It made me celebrate, it made me cry, right along with them. All the actors did a great job and I believed in their story so much that I had to yell at the screen a few times. The ending wasn't what I had hoped for, but the story was worth the watch.

Just watch for Li Chen and Mu Ren
At first I thought this was going to be an awesome show and it mostly was. It is filled with handsome guys that might like each other and some girls that actually nice to look at and they don't have any toxic "lets hip them together" attitudes. The plot was very simple but brilliantly executed. Most of the lead characters had jobs, which was a huge brake from the school boy drama (though I love them) and they had great chemistry with each other. It could have been so sweet if it was just about Li and Mu.Li Chen and Mu Ren had such a fun and healthy relationship that I actually was wondering if they were ever pretending to be together. It seemed so natural for them to be together, they literally balanced each other like light and dark. Their comedic timing, their witty banter, their general love hate relationship had me rolling for most of the serious. I can see how they ended up confused about each other in the end, because their love for each other ran deep and I think they only realised it when they began their fake date...
However, Fu Yong Jie and Xing Si were literally the heights of toxicity and it was attempted to be shown as love. Xing Si is a total crazy and we all know he inherited that from his mother. What sort of mother encourages their son to do something like that to another human bean? Also who tries to brush something like rape off as a minor thing. Having these two characters end up together in any capacity was a huge mistake. No human in their right mind should have to be put through this, especially by someone that claims to love them soooooo much.

Almost perfect
Firstly, let me say, if anyone lets social media rule their life this much, is best you don't be on social media. The level of cyber bullying that was never addressed is ridiculous. Lets not even get started on the stalking that was displayed from those fan fiction page owners (affectionately called "Shippers"), why weren't they charged? nor beaten even just a bit for being so atrocious.Something I really loved about this story is how he loved him even before he changed. All of the random photos he had of him before his "make over" made his love real. They had romance and mystery, with the introduction of "a guy from a nearby faculty" (might be the wrong name, but you'll figure it out), His introduction as the only friend to Pi was brilliant to me, because of the complexity and dedication it brought to the main character in the story of their love. The main and sub characters had such great chemistry together, appearing to really be a band of old friends that grew up together. Pi and Duean had one of the best brothers relationship I have seen in a BL. They were perfect siblings, supporting and caring for each other in literally all aspects. Their parents also had a good relationship with their children, accepting them for who they are and never seeming to be judgemental of their decisions.
The brilliance of fighting for a love just to avoid who you really love played off quite well, as it was explained to not just be an emotional or mental thing to be in love, but a physical thing... get your mind out of the gutter... the only physical thing they have in this show is the checking of each others heart rate. I love a show that doesn't depict every BL relationship as being simply about sex because we like each other. The playful interaction between the main couple and the side couple, which just happens to be another set of brothers, was really sweet.
They also tackled some serious issues of "No means no" and "I can't help but be me" adding to the authenticity of the characters. They didn't just switch-up who they are, they realised mistakes, took responsibilities and made amends. They literally took the effects of cyberbullying and had the main character overcome it and while he didn't need to change his look to make that boy love him, it was amazing to see how much he overcame. Topped off only with the fact that in the end he embraced his old self marking his final bit of growth in acceptance of himself. Proving that we should never be ashamed of where we came from because it shows how much we have grown.

Worth the watch
This show brought a mix of crime and romance. Though most crime is a result of a romance gone bad this series gave it new life. It was funny, emotional and compelling. The plot was simple enough where basically crime happens and the police solves it. The interesting thing to me about this series is that everything made sense.Every motive, every deduction, every conviction... They were all logical thought out and the investigative procedure made sense. Nothing seemed made-up or a stretch from logical and chemical reasoning. The crimes were all well written and didn't fall under the regular crime drama means, though the motives were usually basic. The execution is always a thrill. Hats off to the writers, they did an excellent job of writing the crime stories and they even put in some amazing dynamics between the main characters. The background family dynamics was also a nice touch to the overall story. Having gangs and political influences and pull made the characters more well rounded and complimented the story where it had to, building most of them to a well rounded "oh so that is why you are so" level.
Lu Yao and Qiao Chusheng, are the two male leads in this series, and their chemistry was amazing from the first to the last episode. Even though it seemed like a basic work arrangement, the development into something more could be seen, without it ever been spoken. Their bromance can only be summed up by the last Episode... But You don't kill for just anyone, but for your brother... lets start a war if you try to take him from me. The ending wasn't anything to write home about to be honest, but getting their made it worth the wait.

Interestingly Lovely
Literally just finished watching this and I don't know how I feel to be honest. The ending felt somewhat abrupt for lack of a better was of saying it, but the build-up to the ending I guess just made me want some clarity on where they would end up. Now don't get me wrong, this series was 8 episodes and based on one of the most intriguing concepts that I have ever come across in life. I literally had to research to see if Probes were a real existence for monochromatic persons. Though it wasn't a long series, I honestly felt like the story wasn't rushed. The way they met was simple and cute ,no clichés, which was nice. The concept of Mono and Probe was fascinating and the decisions made because of the negative side effects of being one or the other had me heartbroken to be honest. Like why should love be so complicated and is any of it really love because as they mentioned. Love and obsession seem to be dancing a lot in this scenario. The length of it may have contributed to my inability to decide if this was really good, because I couldn't fully immerse myself in their "romance" as it left me wanting more. but that maybe a sign of a good thing.
None the less, it was still very nice to watch the story of these two young men develop and the struggle of trying to stay true to not becoming something that you hate or being happy was endearing to watch. The two main actors had enough chemistry between them to make the fight or flight dynamic seem real, but that reveal at the end on the probes part was a lil bit much.

Parting is such sweet sorrow
This is a familiar storyline with a familiar premise, however, the execution is always what we want to see. They did it well... The share number of secret crushes that are present, it is no wonder things turned out soo crazy.Gao Shi de and Zhou Shu Yi, were written to have that perfect relationship, whether it is romantic or not. Gao Shi de really did care immensely about Zhou. Zhou has a childish charm to him that is undeniably endearing, it makes you want to see him happy. Equally endearing is Gao, who is totally have with just the presence of the one he likes being near. I think that fuelled my love for the characters, the fact that he didn't need the love to be returned, once the other party was happy.
The acting was top notch, especially during that bridge scene, it is a must see. The chemistry between them was great to see between not only the two leads, but their friends. They were all relationship goals, as well as, Shi De and his mother have such a healthy relationship. Parting is such sweet sorrow and the music touched on every bit of sorrow... and the other emotions as well. It simply added to a scene without being distracting, which made me feel even more. The ending just had me bawling.
Overall, this was a great series and I await too see more of it.
Side note: Some of the best make out scenes in a BL.

Beautiful
He's coming to me had me sceptical at first, because it is about a ghost and a human. So I was thinking that there is no way this story can end well. However, the main leads were cute, so I watched it anyways. I was not disappointed at all, their story captivated me, even though I suspected the sad ending. I didn't know how much it would hurt my heart after watching them and getting lost in their innocence. The chemistry between Mes and Thun was undeniable, the moment they met again, lets just say the chocolate he brought for him wasn't even half as sweet. They gave a great acting performance with their roles, equally as good were the performances done by Golf and Prince. They are definitely the best friends everyone should have. Supportive and honest in every action they had towards each other, even when angry. Complimented by Praif as the only female within the group and the source of a pretty sweet love triangle. Adding a little to the drama but never taking away from what is meant to be. The story of their relationship progressed from pity to magic and I have never been so glad for magic. Taken on a journey of a boy and a ghost to figure out a mystery, watching their happiness and their sadness was worth the roller-coaster, because in the end we would all fall off anyway, because we know one of them is already a ghost.
While the reveal of why he couldn't reincarnated was actually very underwhelming, seeing the relationship of all the main and supporting characters was heart-warming. The relationship between Thun and his mom was one of the best we could have asked for, such a marvellous role and the reveal of why she doesn't like cemeteries was a nice touch. The final scenes will be hard but totally worth watching.

Nice concept, better exicution needed
Lets get all the bad things out of the way first... They literally played of attempted rape like it was a bad cup of tea, and just tossed the entire situation down the drain. This was seriously upsetting to me, he would have been beaten till that blond came out his hair. Something so serious should never be played off like that. The acting was borderline horrific, Gu Han and whosoever was supposed to be possessing him had one of the most cringe worthy evil laughs that I have ever heard. Not to mention that baritone voice cliché with evil characters... Please eh, Next!! Most of the actors had literally the same hair style which honestly had me mixing them up sometimes. Xiao Mo didn't need that "make over" in my opinion and that over touchy gay boy cliché that was prancing around violating every male's character personal space was not cool at all, it was so random and pointless, not even a comic relief. Their acting was fairly (being polite) alright but honestly some of them have no depth to their emotion and tears doesn't equal to emotions. The entire first episode was filled with bad acting and semi fantastic fight scenes which came back to hunt us in later episodes. Did I mention that I still waiting for the BL portion of this series? because there isn't any... This is a bromance at best, but since some of it seem a little rushed, their relationship isn't all that clear. The ending was laughable but not in a good way. I mean like seriously, don't bully my feelings, don't bully my feelings. Steups. However, them boys be fine as the magic from heaven. Lu Bai can literally wear anything and he is a sight for sore eyes. There was practically no fan service but I still felt like just having him on screen was enough. Xiao Mo had such a relatable cuteness to him that just made me want to hug him. Now that I got that out of the way, lets get into the story. I loved the fantasy elements of this show. Some magic, some hidden societies, some pointless humans and foxes cannot live together. Though they seem to be able to do such just fine throughout the entire series. The back stories of their original meeting was a bit unrealistic, but still nice to watch. It was pretty cute to have them all on screen together, at least the music worked in favour of the scenes they were assigned to, which helped since some of the scenes were a little lost and underdeveloped. Best you just watch for the eye candy.

Simply Sweat History
Where to begin... This series is way to short for the level of amazing that it is. Beginning to end, I was captivated by the simple yet fascinating love story that was surrounded by a sport. I am not a sports person but I had to watch this series twice, simply because I had to relive the drama. I couldn't even say how this would end, but I found myself hoping more and more that someone would come and take a beating for me.Story - This story began simple enough, where trouble teen (Xia Yu Hao) runs into serious teen (Qiu Zi Xuan) while trying to escape authority. That fence jump even impressed me. Come bro, jump my fence anytime. While one is forced by a teacher to work with the other as punishment, they find a mutual love for the sport, or so I thought. I couldn't quite figure out if the motivation was love for the sport or love for who is teaching him to play the sport. I figured it out by the end, but by then I was so distracted by the nervous phone calls and glances between the two main Characters, that I was surprised to not know how it will end.
The mini story of Wang Zhen Wen and Wang Zhen Wu was also a nice touch to the entire series. I wasn't sure sometimes what was happening between them, but the moments of secret confessions made me tear up a bit. They really loved each other and only wanted each other to be happy. Only someone that truly loves you will push you away for you to be happy while they slowly die inside.
Acting - The acting by the main cast was superb. They delivered every emotion and had me on the edge of my seat coming down to the end when they had that simple but so powerful argument before the game. Every stammer, every double take, every nervous reflex that they had, I believed. Every smile, every long run, I swear i hopped they didn't trip nor get stopped by a teacher.
Side bar: These boys are soooooooooo handsome, made me want to be a BL actor just to see if his lips are as soft as they look.
Music - Pay attention to what you are hearing, because my heart beat with every song that was played. They matched the emotion of the scenes so well, bringing more depth to the emotions that the acting already had me feeling.

Perfect
This was the shortest story I have ever seen that was still captivating. The plot isn't new to the industry but the acting and pacing were very well done. This made me want to watch it, this made me wonder about my own friends... They have been best friends for years, everything they did for each other was born out of this love for each other, their friendship is what makes this work so well, the tension kept the episodes coming. The acting kept me believing and the music honestly wasn't amazing but it did it's job to set or add to the mood. Also, it actually didn't have any tropes, which had me smiling at how genuine their entire relationship felt. This was a perfect series that despite being so short left me perfectly satisfied at the ending.
Wouldn't mind a season 2 though.

They will be your type
TharnType was a great rollercoaster of Emotions that everyone should enjoy. A well built set of characters that give you exactly what you need in a good drama.. a great story to follow. Topped of by one of the most excellently executed plot twists ever (though being hinted at when he dropped that glass after being told about the relationship), because while it is not an uncommon occurrence for friends to be protective and jealous. The extent that he went to just had me in awe of his crazy in love antics.Story
Unlike most BL, this one began with a declaration of hate, which took me in. Followed by some seriously childish antics that keep me coming back to see who would give first. The fact that Tharn got the full brunt of Type's hate for persons like him but refused to back down but at the same time still remaining a decent human being, meant a lot to me. You really must have it bad to fall for someone that hates you and you must have been raised well to care for someone that treated you horribly. Life happens and I appreciated how their love seemed to blossom naturally. Thought experience with each other, we learn of Type's backstory, which I think should have been told to Techno, but more importantly made them realised they like each other more than they are willing to admit at first, but after Type got help from Tharn in the shower... How can it really remain as hate?
Lhong's contribution to this story made it so much more real, love is real, but sometimes it is dangerous. Don't want to say anything more because it will be a spoiler.
Acting
The acting from the main and supporting cast was very solid and every one needs to take credit for doing them so well.
Techno - I shouldn't have to say more than that. When you watch the show you will understand.
Type - Sold the hate and his pain very well throughout the entire series, which gave me something to believe when his character began to develope.
Tharn - Sold the secret lover and possesive lover character well throughout the series and the crying scenes made me want to cry. Hats off to you bro.
Lhong - This brother has to be the one that got me in my feels for his final scene, from the street fight to the home scene... The body language, the voice, the emotions, the reasoning, the love confession, the denial, I totally felt it and worst, I understood. You crazy for doing Tae so wrong, but bro I feel you.

Nope. Not worth watching
This story had potential, but it was doomed from the first episode. The acting is super bad by practically everyone that has screen time. It is truly painful to watch at times, especially since the cinematography doesn't add much to the look and it is done poorly for some scenes which just makes it all unbearable. The writing also leaves much to be desired, as some of the things are just cringy, not cute, just cringy. These was also very little chemistry between all the characters which just made it even worst. The opening made me wonder what kinda family he has to literally set him up to a level which basically equated to pimping him out to the medium bidder. I mean the entire family manipulated him and slept comfy at night knowing they renting him out. That is a mess.Hey, but at least Ryo was handsome and he could hold his own in his scenes.

The plot was a great mix of mystery and magic to me, paying attention to how easy it is to cover up things. I personally hated the representation of religion in this series, only because I think they made it into something evil. However, the road to hell is paved with good intensions. The odd scenes of what looked like ghostly rape, were a bit much and totally pointless to the story, But the main story line was developed well and didn't leave much plot holes. The twist at the end was somewhat expected, but was still executed well and honesty made me really sad for his faithed end.
The casting was great, leading with Fiat, Singto and Fluke, all of which have stella work credits. The chemistry between them, made it easy to see how the relationships developed. Having that 'will they, wont they' vibe that had me invested in the outcome. It wasn't any grand showing, just simple love being done in a simple way that was heartwarming. The other relationships that existed also complemented the main leads well, providing just enough backup where needed.

Nice
Began this series because it has two of my favs in it, they didn't disappoint in terms of their talent. Perth is amazing and he does his best with what he is given... So let me get the few bad points out of the way. I almost didn't make it past the first episode because that teacher was TOOOOO MUCH TRASH. I am so glad he got what he deserved for not doing his job and only licking bumcy. The story isn't new but it is always nice to see, my main problem is that Kanghan seemed to lack motivation for his complete change of heart. This may be due to that plot development being a bit rushed, it is there is just didn't seem like enough to warrant a love. It really could be made into pity very easily. Not to mention Sailom annoyed me a lot with his " I don't want my friends to help me, even though they are offering, but I thought I had no one on my side" You's an idiot. Love you still though.
As mentioned before, Perth is an amazing actor in my eyes and he is honestly hot like the tropical weather, so is a win win. His chemistry with Sailom was pretty great and they made a believable enemies to lovers(though lil rushed). They played off each other well and made the interactions seem more organic, which I always appreciate seeing in a couple. The supporting actors also played their parts very well, having amazing chemistry with each other. Marc and Wynn are special mentions for this because they honestly gave me chills when they were on screen. Captivating me with their display of emotions even though they are a side story of disaster and people that truly care about you can see through your bull-ish. And they not even friends, just watch their drunk scene, it was super funny to watch. Like children in the sandbox fighting over the shovel.
The family dynamics on both sides were also well done, though not much back story was given for Sailom, I could still tell all he needed to survive was his brother. Some bonds are just worth it. Kanghan Grandma is a boss, in every sense of the word. She was there trying to make everyone make sense. It was very refreshing to see an adult that made sense every time they had screen time and was always ready to put people where they belong.
