I have to be honnest I've heard of this drama because Myungsoo was going to be a lead and it was about a cat and I honnestly love both so it got me interested^^ I really like his works, been a fan ever since he acted on Shut Up! Flower boyband and enjoy most of his roles so far, this one did not disappoint, BUT, the drama itself and the flow of the story it did, and I can tell a bit of why it did so:

First, I got confused on the time skips of the whole show and story (like 10 years or 1 year on the leads? further a long the drama it shows it's 1, but at the beggining I thought it was 10 confusing amiright?) and mainly because of the whole cat/human, mostly about the way they handled with the cat's lifespan, usually it's around 15 years, but here they gave 1 year a huge deal (don't get me wrong it is, because time should not be taken for granted and maybe that's the whole point of the drama, but it is so if the cat is sick and therefore has a limited time), so I guess they wanted to show that because of the whole concept of tranformation, that has indeed a con, and in this case there's a time limit but not on a life itself, but on an existence.... borrowed time concept maybe?

Oh boy, the acting, not sure if about the cast or the roles, it has its perks and down falls, some gave into the whole vibe of dogs and cats, but with major turn points, like Doshik finding one weird but then devoting himself xD talk about a change, the whole SolAh family I mean a father who acts like so to his only daughter woah tsundere mode on..
And whats up with people hating on Jaesun? I mean from my point of view he was the only one trully genuine in this whole plot, he showed a major depth of character from an aloof young man who had hardhips in life and resentment in trusting people and giving his heart out to the fear of being abandoned, as the story progresses we learn why he is and acts like he does, we see him evolve and mature, and trully stop running away to embrace everything with a redefined grace that lacks mostly in everyone in there, he was definitely my favorite from the start 'till the end
HongJo is such a cutie in both forms, and honnestly he tried to help the ones around him, but let's face it why make this a romance? When there's so many types of unconditional love, the webtoon was about a unique friendship, companionship and not a romantic way, there can be soulmates besides couples, to me this should stayed cute in concept but with a better approach of characters, Jaesun and SolAh deserved better and HongJo deserved too

As far of music it was a beautiful OST with some cute and comedy songs along the way, and some more on the sentimental value, my favorites had to be Last Goodbye by Floody and Again Spring by Kihyun, those two hit me deepest, not a OST that I would put on a personal top favorite but where I would pic a few songs to listen too

On a rewatch value, maybe after a while, I will pick it up again, but in the back of my mind there will always be the same thoughts flowing about the whole way they made this, of course whenever one re watches a drama we are able to notice small details that we haven't noticed the first time, or maybe the way we think of it changes, but for me it's like viewing a fanfic turning into a live action, the idea and concept may be there, but the way it was made its lacking, something is missing or maybe it went on a wrong path into the whole theme that it led this to turn out like it did

Overall, its a cute drama, I enjoyed the quotes used for every start of an episode, and the cat was adorable I can't deny that, I think the cast was ok, personally I really enjoyed Myungsoo (Sergei/HongJo) and Jihoon (Jaesun) acting and moments together in the whole drama xD those were amusing, endearing and touching, although it frustrated me how can a cat turn out so "spoiled" or for the better term, ungrateful, to his savior, I mean the man was allergic to cats and still saved him, gave him a roof, and even a job and all he gets in return? Cold shoulder or to be a walking bank there, tsk cats amiright? They have never forgotten how they were worshiped in ancient Egypt and they still let us know that in these modern days, royalty creatures indeed

Thing is if you want to watch for the cat and cuteness, please do so, don't be weirded out like I was by the whole romance in there but I guess at some point it seems unavoidable, and the ending (like it happens to most dramas lately) felt a bit rushed but what to expect from the cut they made of episodes in this drama due to low ratings, despite that they managed to cut more potential fillers with that and make it all in 24 episodes or 12 if you prefer to go by that^^

PS: I hope I was helpful without making major spoilers, I mean there's much more plot than what I meantioned so don't be discouraged of watching, if someone doesn't like it, it's not obliged to watch it, but one can't ever say so without at least trying it out, so hwaiting! and also *** pardon any mistakes here written ***

PS2: I seriously considered "Kitnapping" the cat of the drama >.< he is just so darn cute hehehe (^3^)
