I would personally say that the storyline was lovely and it Leo Wu’s acting was incredible however there is one character that really gets on my nerves and that’s Liang Wan. I can’t explain how useless of a character she is. I skip all of her scenes and I refuse to even watch a single scene with Liang Wan in because she is simply the most annoying living thing in this planet. The writer really should’ve just left that kind of character out. At about episode 33-35 Li Cu goes back into the desert with his friends however she also happens to go along on this trip. There is a large sandstorm or the desert suddenly gets an extremely hot storm that is similar to an avalanche or dust bowl. She just faints. Li Cu has to save her, then she goes into the water and has to stay on a rock because these biting fish are in the water and can electrocute them so he has to save her once again. Literally the episodes could be around 20 epsidodes in total if that annoying woman didn’t have any scenes.

In-all I’m not degrading the series or anything of the sort, but I would say that you should skip her scenes and watch only Li Cu and the other characters scenes however as a forewarning if one wants to watch this show I recommend for the first 23 episode skipping out on the boring parts about Li Cu’s friends trying to find him because not only do they fail incredibly but it’s extremely boring and time-wasting aswell.

I would watch this show if I were you as it is completely different from any other series !!!!!!

At first the movie is slow and drags on for a bit, however when they arrive in Japan things start to get SpoOkEy. Firstly you learn about the hotel owners daughter who had apparently died, yet they saw her walking the halls. Then once they arrive in Hashima, Sato-san ( the ‘tour’ guide), gets a bit weary of his surroundings and becomes quite scared, thus leaving all 5 to explore the abandoned area. P’off breaks a pot with ashes and a ring, he takes the ring( as you find out later in the movie) and then they see a wall with Japanese ‘names’ on. P’off starts to write on the wall and then he is told to stop by the others as they become a bit skeptic. Then an earthquake occurs and the place falls down in a way, they then make their way home and things start to happen. May is the first to die as she jumps off of a building and a fence is seen through her neck. Next is P’dog, who dies probably from a heart attack as he sees his mouth being ripped open in a way, then the next death is a little wierd. A quote from P’nick (mike) “who’s next? You? Me ? Or Nana?” Then P’off realises it’s the ring that is haunted and goes back to the Hashima island, except how does he get there when he doesn’t even travel ? Well, Pnick and Nana review the raw footage of their filming in Hashima, and they play to when the earthquake occurs. Except when they watch it, P’off falls down a hole, and they realise that he had died back in Hashima. The scene cuts to a pole through his as he is dying, ‘or when he was dying’ Then this is when the wall full of names comes into the movie, as P’off wrote “May, Dog and Off” thus they were the ones to die.
In-all I believe this film is quite extraordinary as it is different, however at first it was a bit boring and the ending was definitely jaw-dropping. Great performance and I would probably watch it again!!
