Breathtakingly beautiful
This drama was just perfect, I rarely write reviewsbut I highly recommend this to everyone...
starting from the story line, to the characters performance, the music, the script and their monologues.. everything about this drama was on point.
This drama teaches you more than you know, it gets through you and takes you to brighter places slowly and beautifully,
if you are going through hard times, if your down, this starts its journey with you and ends up giving you hope in an inexplicable way, its more than just two people meeting each other, its understanding of the whole image and the characters, its not something to expect as overly dramatic and misunderstandings but pure mature people and conversations that you would love. At least personally that what it was for me !!
Its been a really long time since I felt this emotionally invested in a drama, I was absorbed, immersed and fully engrossed by the whole set.

the story in the beginning may seem normal to you and similar to political dramas, but its not really the cast were smart in their movements and the tricks and schemes from all sides were good which makes it very interesting to watch, it didnt drag quite the opposite the number of episodes were pretty good and keeps you attached.
The acting for me was flawless, perfect choice of cast, I mean its Nam Gong Min and he is certainly a top rated actor, nevertheless the rest of the cast was just about right.
The script lines, hidden messages, and quotes hanging on the walls were really good. I would recommend this show to anyone without a second thought.

Chicago Typewriter is one of the best dramas I came across and I didn't regret a second of it.
Starting from the unique plot of the show, I mean who wouldn't love new ideas delivered in the perfect way? a drama about books, writers, country defenders and strong friendship bond? and Not to speak of that bromance, its just GOLD!!
The cast choice is just amazing and I don't only speak about the chemistry between the leads but every single cast that participated made this drama quite complete.
Aside from the plot and the actors, the cinematography, direction, sequence of events, and that OST all gather up to deliver a great show to the audience grabbing their attention along the way making this drama in my opinion a memorable one.
I would recommend this drama to anyone without a second thought that's how much i loved it and it left an impression on me.

hmm where to begin ? I liked this movie quite alot, it was slow paced and I liked that about it I believe it fits perfectly. I highly recommend this movie to everyone.some Spoilers might be ahead the story revolves around a girl who loses 10 years of her memory, and tries to find herself and the memories that she lost along the way.The people that she meet some of them true to her and some try to hide things from her, to some she was not a very likable person, a person they ones liked but changed along the way. I love how she was given a second chance by her memory loss to redeem her past relations, that sometimes its a blessing, it made her find her way and find the people that can support her and make her look forward rather than towards the past , I believe this movie focused on the upside of memory loss and how it helped her move on from the point that she was stuck in. I have watched several Korean shows enough to know a good drama from a bad one, and this my friends maybe the most unique drama due to the actors performance.
I have been transported and emotionally indulged in the second episode that it felt like i was the one playing the piano and taking all the music in rather than just watching it, that outstanding performance the delivery of the emotions is just WOW!!
Yoo ah in is the perfect choice and I cant imagine an actor in his place because this role was written for him and only him!
I will continue watching this and maybe update the review as well as the rating by the end of the show, so far I am forcing myself not to watch it all at ones but to take it 1 or 2 episodes at a time so that I would enjoy every bits and pieces of it and absorb the brilliance of each episode.
UPDATE:
I finished this drama in awe in how perfect everything fell into place, i liked the ending very much and i liked how true love can change a person to be better, and that is all what matters being better. And the fact that money and power dont matter but a peace of mind and a place or someone to call home.
and God that music? its breath taking, how it magnifies the emotions of each scene and makes it memorable is all i can say!! Lee Nam Yun did a wonderful job in composing it (Four hands) is my fav of it.
I highly recommend this drama.

Wow
This was a really good show in my opinion.I like shows that revolves around cults as most of the time I dont understand why people follow cults in blind faith.
I am a religious person who believes in hell and heaven. and If anything that we are blessed about the fact that we dont know when we will die or where we will end.
I will elaborate more below but it may contain spoilers along with my character analysis of the drama ...
First lets start with the first 3 episodes and our main Lead Yoo Ah In who nailed his role (as usual), the man who created the cult and received his prophecy 20 years ago, within these 20 years this man didnt try for the least bit to be a better person or do good deeds and defy his fate ( like Satan when he was kicked out and defied God, he promised to guide humans into sin?). There is a fact that the cop detective mentioned to him which is the humans will and freedom of choice, we all own that even if our fate is written its written by our own choices and decisions rather than us being dictated by it, has our ML try to do good rather than try to create chaos and fear would things have changed for him?
The Hellbound concept and these creatures were there just as a factor to bring out the human darkness and see how a human would react in such circumstances and situations. People were driven out of fear to make them believe in God but fear were never a long lasting.. motive? or engine lets say as people rebel towards the end .. like it was mentioned in the first episode about making people fear God.
God, religion and prophets for it to long last should be driven by Love, understanding , guidance and true faith I would say.
Then comes the last 3 episodes in which a child receives the prophecy of hell (we all know that children are without sin and they go to heaven) its the factor that was put there to make people question the reality of the cult, and those people who promote fear, as we are taught that God is merciful and kind, the child who was saved by a mothers and fathers love as they defied that destiny and changed the fate of their own child as they believed differently. Have they not acted and just stood there to watch their child would have faced that very same fate, hence our fate is written by us.
Thats just me focusing on the 2 main stories, if we come to think of the detective's decision in the end to save his daughter, or the people who received the hellbound message when their sins were not unforgivable and so or those who wanted to take God's message as they say into their hands and start attacking and killing those who goes against them in the name of maintaining the system (As they showed in the beginning that those people were minors as they were the easiest to manipulate and brain wash, did those actually have faith in that cult? not likely as they would have prevented from doing bad things out of fear at least but they liked the concept of death and people being hellbound, the concept of something new and exciting as long as it didnt touch them, same goes to that youtuber who were a hard core follower but ones it touched him he lost his faith and fell into nothingness ) .. pretty much alot of things to look out for and think of!
Therefore I found this drama to be really good, I havent read the webtoon and I am glad that I didnt as I enjoyed the drama more this way, and I really liked the tension, the depth and characters along the way, the motives .. etc and I would highly recommend it.
