Similarities because of the "New Service" (or Nandemo Suru would suit better) created within the department of Police, when in fact it's just a plain office where nobody wishes to be. It only exists to deal with small and/or odd jobs. But there's one man there that only listen to his instincts and has quite some flair when it comes to solve crimes.

Same pattern in both series with the bodies swap between a younger and an older lady. "Otto no kanojo" seems like a remake except that the wife is mistaken that her husband is unfaithful when in fact he isn't. In the korean drama "Dorawayo Soon Ae-ssi" the husband is indeed cheating on his wife with a much younger colleague of his. There are quite some similarities in both dramas like the fact that the younger woman has quite some temper while the older one always try to put a good face, not causing any troubles and such. In the Korean drama they are rivals due to the circumstances.

Same kind of atmosphere in both series, with episodic frame and a mysterious "lady know it all" about the characters.
In Love Game people receive a lot of money in exchange of doing something, and in Soumatou Kabushiki Gaisha it is a video disc. What they have been given could change the way of viewing their own life.

There is this similar vibe about the two series, like in every episode or so the protagonist blows off and put people at their place when they the least expect it. Both are episodic dramas.
The woman in Age Harassment is more frontal and plainly in her words than the one in Hanasaki Mai, who is way more restraint in her speech and meek.
No romance in Hanasaki Mai which is also more comedy.

Each episode deals with a different patient and his/her reason to get surgery with little background of their story, more or less.
Before & After Seong Hyeong-ui Gwa is more comedic tone and zany/wacky especially the owner of the clinic and the nurse, while Face Maker is more dark and serious, especially in the approach of surgical operations.

Both protagonists don't simply do their jobs for the sake of it, but more for the pride they enjoy at doing the rightful things. They go far beyond their jobs description, especially when they feel somebody has been wrongfully accused.
Both have change jobs position or location, and their arrival mark the beginning of significant changes in the company image, due to their involvement in a different case day after day.
Hanamura Daisuke is a lawyer while Hanasaki Mai is a bank employee.

In both series, main protagonists can't help getting involved in others's people matters, but in a good way, they are always prompt to listen and give the best advices they can. They are so empathic toward customers or passengers problems, that they end up getting their surrounding involved to help too.
Each episode will deal with a new "challenge" or encounter with a lot of emotion and/or tears.

The two series are based on a book, (manhwa for Misaeng and novel for Du Lala's promotion) that deals with the arrival of a new employee in a big company. Both are work place related fictions.
In both dramas, our protagonists learn to adapt in a environment they are unfamiliar with, always trying to stay true to themselves beside being surrounded by people who only wish for their eviction. Both protagonists mature through their hardships, Misaeng doesn't have any romance, while Du Lala Sheng Zhi Ji have some.
