Basically the same storyline and everything else is very similar but I think that the two also have their own small/big details that make the story unique. There are small differences that add a big change/effect in the two. Though the Movie is just a shorter version of Miss in Kiss.

This is the remake of the show. Its pretty much the same except the Graphics and Props of the latest one is much better and has a bit more detail.

This is the remake of it but Taiwanese and it has a better story-line in my opinion. They are very similar but the endings are different and fall in love at first kiss is only one movie.

First of all they're both remakes and hana yori dango is one of the best remakes of meteor garden. Not only that but Hana Yori Dango is also very long and fun to watch. Though the storyline for Hana Yori Dango is way better.

Both have
-Mothers who don't want their sons to get married to poor girls but in the end they fail to do this
-Four cute guys who happened to be best friends since they were young and are still together till college or high school
-And lastly a great love story between the two main leads
