Happy hurt

First impression: the hospital/medical ER scenes don't feel good enough, compared to some American medical shows (eg. Grey's Anatomy, Chicago Med, 9-1-1). Pretty sure EMS don't bring simple broken bones and laceration during massive disasters; they triage and rushes the more life-threatening ones to the hospital first. IDK too, if it was allowable, Methaa(spelling?) operating on Prakarn, or Pra operating on Nuch, since the three are best friends-ish. The eng sub did a good job translating the medical terms though.

Prakarn: I understand it's the whole premise of the series, him being antagonistic towards grim reapers, but it's kind of unreasonable? Or maybe he's subconsciously blaming all his lost patients on Tua as a coping method? IDK, the idea of the story is good, but it feels lacking, not fleshed-out enough.

Tua: the best part of this show. He's mysterious, tragic, enduring, and adorable all in one. I have so many feels about this character, both happy and sad for him.

Romance was enjoyable. I love the main CP interaction. The way they hold each other, the eye contacts and intimate moments are very well done. Very sweet, and honestly worth it despite all the other negative points of this show. The ending was good but painful, but weirdly enough I like this show very much.
