Whose profile is this?
A college student (she/her) who should really focus on her studies and detach herself from the world of Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese/Thai/Taiwanese/Cantonese dramas and movies. But well, its waaayyyyy too late... I am in too deep in this beautiful world and don't think will ever leave. Thus, feel free to give me tips for time management.
Preferences in Dramas
I am open to dramas of all genres. As long as the story is compelling and the cast, need not necessarily be stellar, is fitting and does justice to their roles --> bringing their character to life, I will watch the drama/movie.
I am pretty liberal in rating dramas/movies as I tend to base the score on how I felt when watching it. If I feel the emotions the characters are feeling, relate to them or just find the drama/movie simply beautiful or perfect or heartbreaking (so much so that I use up a box of tissues (or two)), I tend to give it a high score, from 8.5 - 10.
You can find a list of my favourite dramas here.
P. S. - I must say that I am a little biased to Jdramas...they affect me in indescribable ways, especially the slice-of-life genre works.
Few works that I believe everyone should at least try watching once:
Usotoki Rhetoric

In the Mood for Love

Pegasus Market

Blossom

Kimi no Te ga Sasayaite Iru

To the Moon and Back

Lastly...do check out my lists and feel free to drop any recommendations of dramas/movies you think I would like. Well then,
