This is up there with Alchemy of Souls and The Untamed. It was riveting. Every actor and actress played their part to perfection.

The story is genius level. The characters are impeccably written and fleshed out. I pretty much forgot the actors were acting...kind of.

The costumes, the scenes, the props...everything was perfect. It leaves me wondering why most dramas aren't to this caliber. And why hasn't everyone heard of this drama?

I discovered "Ancient Detective" practically by accident. It's what I always want to watch, and I loved the male lead and his loyal friend.
