Episode 1 Review

The beginning was interesting, and the plot progressed relatively well and had a slow pace to it, which worried me honestly, and my fears weren't in vain because, I think after 3/4th of the ep, the main CP's relationship development jumped from the bottom of the sea to the atmosphere! Literally, there was a difference of day and night!
I get Tew disliked Aek, and I also get Aek disliking Tew for some reason and that was all well and all, until suddenly after that unintentional kiss, they suddenly were nice with each other and were sweet and by the end, lovey-dovey!!!(except that one scene which confused me when Aek refused P'Kong on taking Tew to the hospital, like why was that even there cuz it seemed like it would have fit better before their sudden feelings developed for one another!) I also get that we see 'extremely hard to catch' hints of Tew being gay probably (especially after that sudden chu), but apart from that, there was nothing atall that said he'd develop feelings for a guy, and that too for Aek out of all people!
The story had a lot of potential I'm not gonna lie and I'm sure if they had utilized at least 5 episodes to develop their feelings for one another, I'd have had this ranked higher, and maybe even liked it!
Because these are new characters for us, I think if they had 2 CPs per episode, then it would have been nice and their stories might have had made some sense and may have also been cohesive in the end.
