K-Drama female leads have horrible tastes in men.
Let me start this by saying - the drama wasn't the worst thing I've ever watched in my life. There have been dramas that have physically hurt me by how bad they were, this is definitely not it, however, this was very boring and repetitive. My overall rating for this drama is 6 stars. I'll go more in detail by point, so this is easily readable...
1. ) The story gets extremely boring for the main couple.
The whole drama is centered around Soo and Wooyeon, they're "friends" since high school and the writer had tried his best to explain Soo's personality. It didn't work. Soo leaves Wooyeon for 10 years and during that time she feels like she has a curse because she cannot fall in like with anyone she dates. I think you see where this is going. She pines after him for the whole goddamn show, and when a really good man is in front of her, someone who actually cares and recognizes her value, she uses him as a rebound and breaks his heart. Ladies and gentlemen, it is not smart to run after a person for 10 years when they don't show any real interest in you.
There is one thing I can praise this drama for and that's the side story for the 2 side couples. The drama was only able to get me to feel anything was through Sanghyunk and Jinjoo's funny personalities, and Younghee and Hyunjae's very real relationship struggles. In my opinion, if the story was centered around Younghee and Hyunjae, it'd be SO much better.
2.) The acting is decent.
There's not much I can say regarding the acting. I had never previously watched any of Ong Seongwu's dramas, so maybe his acting was iffy just in this one. Shin Yeeun's acting is decent, I don't hate it, and her chemistry with Seongwu was good enough for what this drama wanted to show. I really enjoyed Kim Dongjun's performance and as well as everyone else's. The chemistry inside of the friend group was astonishing and, at some point, it really felt like I was watching real friends.
3.) Music is very aesthetically pleasing. It matches the setting of the drama, and I'm a fan of some of the songs that are in the OST, so I rated it a 9. This may have saved the rating lmao.
4.) Yeah, no. There is genuinely no good reason for anyone to rewatch this. I know for a fact in a year I won't even remember I watched this.

This drama will make you ponder about your life decisions.
Watching this drama feels like being high on cocaine. I can't even begin to describe how I truly felt while watching this. I think I had annoyed my friends the night I binge-watched it because I kept sending them snaps of how embarrassed I was of my choice of entertainment. It might be easier to explain porn than this show. The story kept going absolutely nowhere:
The drama is about a girl in her 20s names Kim Solah, she's an aspiring webtoon artist (original). She is given a white, pretty cat named Sergei/Hongjo by her crush(?)/long term friend Jaesun. The cat isn't normal. Surprise! It can turn into a human when it has something of Kim Solah's in its possession. And guess what? She falls in love with the cat boy. (a/n there is all sorts of wrong with what I just wrote). There is a little side couple, which, to be honest, I liked and really enjoyed watching, so not all is criminally bad. :)
My problem with the story, ignoring the weird falling in love with your cat, is the absolute useless excuse of a plot. The whole thing is just surrounded by miscommunication which I absolutely despise. I can't even really say that the drama was entertaining because I suffered through it. I knew it was going to be something funky, but I hoped it would be entertaining.
I imagine the actors could've done really well if the script had been any good, but the script was bad and so the acting wasn't too great either. If I were one of the actors I'd like to pretend this never happened.
I don't remember a single song from the OST, so I can only rate it a 1 and the rewatch value is SO not there, I don't think I'll even remember this exists in a year.
If you enjoyed this drama, I'm so jealous. I wish I could've gotten some enjoyment out of it, but, sadly, I didn't. I think you can tell by my passive-aggressive review. If you were to watch this drama, I suggest you don't. But, by the slight chance, you do, I suggest bringing napkins, cause you'll want to cry out in frustration.
p.s Jaesun was really cute, if only he hadn't been so annoying.

I watched this drama pretty late as if saying, it's 2017, but still enjoyed it a lot. This drama deffinetaly got up to my new favorite drama. Here are some things I would like to say about this drama.Let's start with the characters we have to follow along in this drama.
Go Hye Mi, firstly I entered the world of Dream High with a huge hatred towards her, as her character was really cold and spoiled. But I musy say the actress did an amazing job at showing her emotions. Her character development was really interesting to watch. Of course me being biased at first, I had a tough time falling in love with her and let's be honest to the end, I still showed a lot of hatered toawrds her. But now as I have finished this drama 2 days ago, I can say she is actually my second favorite character. All that aside I can tell you this character is really interesting to follow along.
Song Sam Dong, I loved this really innocent boy from the very start. The character was actually really loveable all thro the drama, the story with him doesn't really change much, but what we do get is interesting. I don't have much else to say about Sam Dong without spoiling anything.
Yoo Baek Hee, don't get fooled by the sincere little HyeMi's follower in the start. This character was really annoying to follow a long in my opinion, but for those who love following along a story of a girl, who is blinded by fame and is getting extremely self-centered then this will be really interesting for you.
Jin Guk. As a character pretty annoying to watch as it always feels like he's switching from BaekHee to HyeMi all the time. That's not even a spoiler that is just something that will happen in every episode. I still to this day this his story was deffinetaly the most interesting to watch, as it included a lot of his past and the reason he's molding into the person he now is. This character is deffinetaly a tear jerker.
Jason. Jason really is as a side character. He is a main, but his presence is really rare and there was no back story what so ever. As because of that I don't have much to say about him, but if you love an arrogant little boy, you will deffinetally love him.
Pil Suk. My favorite character. This girl is the cutest human being you will ever see and her innocent presence was always like a new breath of fresh air. I don't have much to say even tho she is my favorite. all tho she didn't have much of a back-story she deffinetaly had a really interesting present time story.
The music in this drama was really good. I have to be honest I couldn't get ''Dream High'' out of my head for a day at least. Non of the songs were really boring as most of them had a really catchy tune and kept you wanting more.
If I wasn't an indecicive person, I would deffinetaly rewatch this. as it had so many interesting moments.
Taking that all in I deffinetaly recommend this drama to any ''school musical drama'' lover.
