Feels contrived
I don't know, it started out interesting but became boring by the end. I don't think this needed more than 10 episodes. The characters in the Gabin Society were essentially the same person multiplied. All very one dimensional and I found I couldn't even love to hate them. Even A-ri wasn't very interesting or likeable to me overall. What this drama has against it is that there are a LOT of other really good and intriguing dramas airing right now so this one feels flost in the shuffle. Overall it's not the worst I've seen but it doesn't make my top list for this year.Cet avis était-il utile?

I feel like they could have done more with the characters and paced the story better.
There were parts that were compelling and gripping, and then parts where the plot dragged like crazy and I could only get through it at 1.5x speed, especially the middle. I think they spent too much time on the townspeople gossiping about Samdal and Yongpil when they had their own lives to live. I also felt like Yongpil's dad coming around was too sudden and we should have seen a gradual change start several episodes earlier. I also think the downfall of the villain was too brief for the grief she caused. Overall I feel mixed about it. I think this story could have been told and been better in 10 eps max. My favorite character is probably the little girl. She was too cute for words but was also the voice of reason a lot. I don't think I'd recommend this for most, there's better and there's worse.Cet avis était-il utile?
A Good Day To Be a Dog

I binged! So glad I decided to wait until all eps were out!
I had so much fun with this story! It was really cute. It made my short list of bingeable series. It would have benefitted from airing without momentum breaks I’m pretty sure. I thought the main couple was just too cute for words. I also thought the dogs were SO CUTE, especially FL’s dog form. I’m a millenial and grew up on a show called Wishbone where a jack russel terrier solves cases and has the cutest little outfits. This series gave me shades of that. 14 eps was just the right length for this story. Maybe it could have even been 13 or 12 but definitely 16 would have overdone it. I really enjoyed the overall cast and their side stories. Eunwoo is as swoonworthy as ever and delivers some of the best kdrama kisses I’ve ever seen OMG *fans self*. Spoiler alert ***HE USES TONGUE***. He’s coming along nicely in his development and I’m looking forward to his future projects.Cet avis était-il utile?
