I watched this a few months ago, and I enjoyed almost every bit of it. The casting of this drama is perfect, however I seem to love the second lead way more because of their playful and witty vibes. The storyline was interesting, and I’ve never watched any lakorn like this before, it has a mixture of violence, romance, and every character played their bits very well. Even their OST is so addicting, and is easy to sing along to. There were also many unexpected scenes, and it was like an adventure throughout the whole lakorn because they have to run away, hide and all that. I love how the female leads in this lakorn were both fierce and brave, and it’s so satisfying to see them use guns and beat up the males hahaha. This lakorn gives a country vibe, in fact more of a western country style, because I’ve watch many thai countryside lakorn and can say that it definitely isn’t the same.

This drama has got to be my most favourite drama I’ve ever watched, despite it being so old. My ratings may seem too high but looking at it from all factors especially the age.

I’ve actually watched the 2011 version when it first came out, and I happened to come across this version in 2019, so I decided to clicked onto watch and HOLY, not to be dramatic it has got to be one of the best decisions of my life! First of all credits, all to Pen Pisut because she manages to portray the character Bee really well, making her my favourite character. Bee is such a free-spirited, honest and doesn’t give crap about what anyone thinks of her. Although she is basically an orphan, she manages to grow up to become an amazing lady but her Aunty, cousin and Mark are the only people who seem to hate her, because they see her as a jealous, childish girl and reminds her of the hers flaws that gets me choked up at some point for Bee. Mark, the main actor on the other hand is a big Casanova, which is one of the reasons why Bee hates and always curses him out every chance she gets. It’s so funny when they fight, and bruh Mark slaps her twice but she got revenge later on him in the snooker room. But despite, Mark hating her so much, in the end he eventually gets to know her more and starts developing good feelings towards her. However, he shows it through some manipulation that is somewhat romantic as he’s confused in his own feelings.
The most satisfying thing is that he literally FALLS HEAD OVER HEEL for Bee, he follows her everywhere and it’s just :)))))

You can see that Mark is more “alive” around Bee than May who always has to keep her life straight like a ruler, which can get boring as time passes. Every time, they have a love scene, I literally need to have a pillow beside me so I can squeeze it omfg, P’Tua is so good at romantic scenes. Since 2019 until this very day, I am still rewatching this lakorn over and over because I can’t get enough of it.

I was so sad about P’Tua’s passing, he shouldn’t have gone so early and Pen Pisut and P’Tua should’ve been paired up together more because their chemistry was like paradise. Anyways you should definitely watch this drama, highly recommended ;)

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, because I certainly did (regrets)

This lakorn is another one in my top-tier list. There must’ve been something in the 1990 air that makes me drunk in love with them because this one is definitely another Chef’s kiss. Lemme just say that the male lead is just so confusing tho, sometimes I want to hate him, sometimes I’m on my knees for this man. One second he’s a kind soul, the next you see him in bed with a skank like bro make up your mind. But what can I say, his handsome face, topping it off with that flirtatious smile seems to remove the grudges I have against him in the end.

Hong on the other hand, played by Khun’Nid is such a pure, playful young lady. She honestly did not deserve to go through all that and her longing for Songkrod…omg :(( my heart aches for her.
What an adventure Songkrod and Hong go together tho, it was really fun to watch because it felt like I was in it too. There is this one part where they sort of like get locked up, tricked to stay there and everytime I think of it makes me angry and makes me wanna slap that bitc-, not telling though because you should watch it ur self ;)) hehe

Also, I really don’t know how they ended up together, maybe some parts got cut out from where I watched it, but I don’t really care because Songkrod’s jealously and love he had for Hong afterwards compensated for everything. Nah, but tbh they actually did not get enough lovey scenes together, it’s not fair I wish I could just travel back into the past to pay the scriptwriter to add more.

Something off about this lakorn though is that Hong is from Taiwan, if I’m not mistaken but she speaks Thai? And when she’s about to move to Thailand, Songkrod says he will teach her Thai and explains to her, how to introduce herself which is the most basic thing, but how tf did she manage to say all those advanced shi all along…but oh well I just pretend it doesn’t matter and it never happened so LMAO.

If I could moan for this lakorn I would. This isn’t a typical lakorn you’d come across with the leads being lovey-dovey, good people with a perfect ending. It is quite realistic in some aspects which makes it unique. It was truly a hidden treasure that I spent so long digging through the ENTIRE internet to find and it did not disappoint at all. I found myself not skipping any scenes at all, and with just one look away made me miss out on a whole storyline (not even exaggerating). This made me desire for more after each episode, and every character was necessary, playing their parts very well. I almost even cried for the side characters.

Bruh when I first watched this lakorn, I did not know the father who played this role was Khun’Likit. Because I am a big fan of his 1990 drama “Hong Thong” I am so shocked and knowing that it’s him makes me love this drama even more. Again I am so biased because after finding out, I cannot hate his character anymore, even though I did at first. HELP WTH IS WRONG WITH ME.!

I’m very much surprised that a 2001 lakorn would be this good, BIG thumbs up!

I watched this lakorn back when it first aired but I’ve only just come back to rewatch it again due to free time (school holidays) and saw that there were no reviews so might as well. I’ve got to say that I’m not a huge fan of these types of lakorn. How can describe this? Yelling simultaneously, holding grudges from generation to generation but looking at it again, it’s actually quite realistic to the real world too LMAO.

I found myself skipping a lot of parts with the first gen and I just wanted to watch Yongyut’s and Raat’s scenes. Also I’ve already watched it, I kinda got the idea of the whole family conflict so I thought it was a waste of time and damage to my poor ears. Obviously, don’t skip if you want to understand properly lol.

Also, this drama got me crying like a baby this time for Yongyut at the end. I will NEVER forgive the scriptwriter for what they did to Yut and Raat’s love. The build-up for their relationship was just pure and they just frikin wasted it. Poor Yut, I wish I could just jumped into the screen and hug him when he was eating :(((

Another lakorn added to my top-tier list, because I favour the leads anyways so my ratings might come off a bit biased, but oh well they deserve it. The storyline isn’t all that tbh looking from a wide view, but my heart loves these types of cliche, head-boiling dramas so it definitely wasn’t a biggie for me. I mostly came for the chemistry P’Puen and P’Chip give off, ever since THAT lakorn poster, released a year or so back making me await so long, for it to just end in a blink of an eye :( It wasn’t until their love scenes tho. OH. MY. Not just an “aww they kissed” or a random love scene they throw in for the sake of having one, but I actually felt the immense love between Tai and Pla, which often makes me wonder if P’Puen and P’Chip have a thing for each other irl…Oop

I’ve got to acknowledge that P’Puen’s acting have improved A LOT for someone who has watched him since Sud Kaen Saen Ruk, there are so many different emotions for him to portray and he made it so easy to distinguish between the two characters he plays. Therefore, I’ve already fallen into the fan club trap of Puen Khanin already, with no hints of leaving anytime soon.

As I said, I came for the leads but I left with Nong’Taan stealing away my heart. Little bro carried the lakorn through chaos with his bright character and cute chubby cheeks, leaving me to just adore over everything he does. Credits to whoever casted/chose him into this lakorn because he actually looks like Chippy with some hint of Puen, or am I just too much into this drama that it’s making me delusional. Definitely a bright future for Nong’Ofah, his insta is @ofahofahstory plz support him :)

Okay, to cancel out my “bias-ity” (I guess), the lakorn I’ve got to say, seemed rushed and it was really obvious. I feel like they could’ve spent more time around the beginning, like the lead’s childhood and after Tai and Pla married while living at the Farm. It was just fast-paced and I couldn’t keep up with my own emotions at some point. Most critical part was that, I still can’t enough of Tai and Pla’s love scene haha.
I know that P’Chip is freelancing now but please someone, PAIR THEM UP AGAIN!!!
P.s if you’re wondering what that poster is, it’s the wall one :))
