Thumb up!
This drama is only half way, it still has to finish, but it gave me lot of emotions. Let just say that it makes you laugh a lot, this is what it comes out the most, but it goes beyond that, especially in the latest episodes (5-6-7). I think that the genre is easily slice of life, so don't expect a huge plot, but this doesn't mean it's weak, just different. I don't wanna compare this to other dramas, just think about this as its own, it starts really comically, let me says that the cast is really something else, they're really good! Little by little they start showing you what's under the surface, it starts showing that they can go deep without problem. They show why the leads are doing what they're doing and what happened to them so we can understand them better, because the first approach to them could be underestimating. You can say that this goes for every character in every drama and I have to say it's truth, but I'm telling this because I thing these kind of dramas are a bit left out in my opinion because the huge ones, with huge plots are more popular or at least they hit better. So I'd like people to notice this one too, because up to now it showed us really strong themes, I don't want to spoil so I prefer to not go specific and let you be curious about it, but it makes you think about. Personally I ask myself if real life goes like that or not, in my opinion there are so many variants where there shouldn't be, because no one should be penalized to do the right thing or to be themselves, but anyway they show us that believing and following yourself and your thoughts even if it's gonna bring you "troubles", it's better that betray yourself. So, don't let this drama slips your watching list :)

So Fresh
It's a really weird drama, that's the first thing that comes to my mind! :) It's unusual but so fresh, the characters are so peculiars that you would never think they could work together, but the chemestry it's so good, even if they don't meet at all. This drama is a huge mystery, too many crimes all together, it's confusing but not to the point to give up, instead, it makes you want to discover what's really happening behind the scenes.Kyung Yi isn't introduced as the usual "detective", even before the tragedy, she had a charismatic side, even now that she's presented as a really "messed up" person, K is a character which you can always feel the presence, even if she's not present.I have to admit that I started watching this drama because of Kim Hye Joon (K), after I saw her in Chip in I really wanted to see her more and seeing her in here made me really happy, the way she portraits K is sublime. Since it's not completed yet I can't say if she's sociopathic or if she has some dissociative identity problem or something else, but the way they mix her killer side with a cute one is hilarious, yes I find her so cute!
I can confirm to you that both leads sparkle, we didn't have lots of chances to see them together, but those little moments were fire, their chemestry is no joke. The drama gives you lots of hints about their history but never revealing the complete truth, it's also happening with the background in their present, so you can only guess what happened or what's happening, the mystery is well kept and keeps you entertained.
I recommend this drama even if it has not finished, because I find it really original and different, give it a chance!

This drama could move stones
Criminally speaking I don't think it's really accurate, but overally speaking I couldn't care less. It's really emotional, I think that I could count in one hand the times I cryied watching tv, I can been moved, but crying it's really hard for me, but I did it twice watching this drama. It's really well done, Lee Bo Young is amazing, even though she's a cold person in the drama she made you feel the warmth, you could only watch her eyes to see various emotions. Heo Yool, around 9 years old when she filmed, was capable of doing a phantasmagoric performance, she acted with adults and famous people and she handled it marvelously. She was just an innocent, naive, happy kid that had to grow up too fast, she had to face expereances that nobody should face and the actress shows us perfectly all the different feelings. Another character that really moved me was Lee Hye Young, and to say the truth I cryied both times in her scenes, at the beginning I didn't know how to get her, I was a bit confused about her character, but after awhile I started to really like he, her acting skills were no joke, she hits with her eyes, just a glance to understand. The thematics are multiple, it's not only the kidnapping, it's also adoption, family issues, assoult, abuse, sacrifices.. And they linked everything, it's like a huge puzzles that comes together piece after piece. The story grows slowly and at the same time really fast, gifting us with lots of emotions and amazing performances, the journey is like an obstacle couse, not only against the world but also with themself.

Don't be fooled :)
Don't be fooled and think you're gonna watch just a funny drama, this drama goes beyond funny, it goes beyond superficiality, it goes beyond your expectations! As you start watching this drama you will think it's hilarious, it's funny and the leads are crazy.. Slowly you'll understand that it's all the way around. You'll think how can they not go crazy when the world is like this? Are they crazy? Or is the world that sometime ends to fail you in horrible times?Mentall illness or social diseases are always difficults theme to bring up, this drama introducts them in a funny way, it's easier to catch attention that way, but then it hits you hard with reality. I think it was a good approach even if some are against because it could seems they're joking about it, but in my opinion, maybe also because of my preferences, I liked it, the line between laughing and crying it's really thin here. It's like they let you get comfortable, they catch your attention and then they let you discover a world that was hidden behind their "madness".
While I watched this show I thought it was crazy not being "crazy" like them, at the beginning I laughed hard with them, then my laughs became bitter, because I understood. Well lots of times they were just funny, it's a deep drama with lots of meaningfulness, but it's also a comedy one. I thought it was going to be one of those drama you casually watch, but it keeps staying in my mind.
The leads are beyond acting :)

Masterpiece
I may be a bit biased because I really loved it, to the point that I asked myself if this drama was just made for me!!!!!! Jokes a part I think this drama is really well made, to the point that even who dislike it has to admit it, because in my opinion there's really nothing to not like here, but I know that not everyone could like it, opinions and preferences are different for everyone and this drama is not an easy walk. The story, the major plot is the journey the characters has to go through to find themselves, then there's the thriller side and of course they intertwine as puzzle's pieces. The characters are deeply scarred and they live their lives as aftermath of that, they become addicted to the behavior they started having because of their own traumas, misunderstandings and mistakes. They're judged for their surface and marked as what they're not. With the encounter of the three leads their lives start to change and their journey becomes even more tortuous, because sometimes getting better it's harder than staying still, they have to face not only their past but them selves too. It goes deep into their fears, insecurities, secrets and scaring moments of their lives and you can see how they're struggling to come out, you don't understand them until you get to know them and feel their pain too, I think it makes people think about lots of things, as struggling with their problems, with their past, with mental illness, mental disorders , judging..
The cast was amazing, their acting skills are amazing, not only the leads but all the cast, but yeah I found the leads out of this world, I fell in love with SYJ as soon as I heard her voice and when I saw her I was astonished, the way she portrayed KMY was perfect, every little gesture, I think her character is really charismatic, even if she appears as "crazy" it takes a very little time to understand that it's not all as it appears. SYJ expressed her emotions really well, making you questioning everything you just believed KMY was and wanting to get to know her better. KSH was really amazing too, he looked like a puppy in the drama, a worn out puppy, exhausted and tired of what life was serving him, MGT was locked up to a life he thought he had to do, in a behavior he thought he had to have, I think his journey was the most difficult one. Just watching him you could understand the pain. OJS was special, portraying MST he showed us the problems and the difficulties someone who suffer of autism has, he was really innocent and in his innocence he shows us so much maturity and truth about life, he deeply moved me, he did a really good job.
It's not only the story and the cast that made IOTNBO an amazing drama, but also the visual and the music, (with visual I mean directing, scenography, costumes etc..). The visual was beyond perfection and the music too, when I was watching it I was really captivated by how beautiful it was on screen and the music was perfectly put in it, the music too expressed the moments really well, as soon you heard the notes you understand, you start feeling.
I liked the fairy tale way to narrate the story and I liked the fairy tales too (I brought two of them!), you heard the stories and then see how they are reflected in their life, and also in real life, I think this is one of the reason why I liked this drama so much, in some of them even if not in the same way I reflected my self.
The thriller plot is great too, but being an healing drama you give more attention to other things but as every thriller you want to find out what happened, you want to know why MST is so traumatized about "nabi" the so scaring butterflies.

Really enjoiable
A good movie that has balance between comedy and drama. The first half of the movie is a bit more comical letting us see how the bromance starts and grows with time, until they comically ends up in tragedy. The movie on its own isn't a huge product, but in its little things comes out as really good one. The boys finds themself facing little problems as how they're gonna find a girlfriend being stuck in academy, or just have a life outside, to questioning themself if that it's really what they want to do in life. They soon find the answer when they witness the kidnapping, they find the sparkling they seem to have lost.Anyway, the acting is good, the boys are really funny and give us some good action scene, in general everyone worked good, as I said the first part of the movie stays more in comedy, the second half focus on the investigation and action.
It's an easy movie to watch that doesn't fail to make you laugh but it still entertains you with the crime turn.

Add to Watching List!
I binge watched this so bad, I started yesterday evening and ended in the same night! I didn't think I would watched all at once, but I have to say that it was really good. It comes with a lot of revenge dramas around, revenge is a tipycal guide line in kdramas, but sometimes it gets tired to watch or you just start loosing interest because it's dragged, this one is really well made in my opinion, the pace is stable and the characters are well developed.I mean, with the end of season one it's not like nothing happened, but the real revenge it still has to come, within all season one the story is built, you see the developoment of all the characters and some new entry, and how the protagonist is paventing the way for revenge, and did not get bored, you stay there and watch every episode with curiosity.
The acting is amazing, a really high level, you can receive all emotion from them, the choices for young/adult are really amazing as if they 're real! And maybe I' m a sucker for villains, but I have to say that Shin Ye Eun and Im Ji Yeon who play the same character (young/adult) are really spectacular, when I looked at them I got shivers!

Addicting
As the title says, I think this drama is really catching! More you watch and more you want to see. In my case I've a weird reaction, because I'm watching other dramas right now, that I think are "better", but I don't wait for them as for this one. Happiness has that "I don't know what" that makes you stay with your eyes glued on the screen. But don't get me wrong, it's a really good drama, the acting is really really good I think that what works really good it's the dynamic of the characters.I don't find the story really original, but it works good, as I said in a comment I think who wrote this drama started from the idea of covid, because when I watch this drama I cannot not think it's what happened to us, just amplified to supernatural to make a tv product. And this is in my opinion what's make us love this drama, it's like they're joking us, a sad joke. The lockdown, people going crazy, people not caring, selfishness, stupidity and more..
Anyway I really like the leads and their chemestry, they work really good on screen, their characters compese eachother pretty well giving us balance. As I said the strong point in my opinion is how all the people interact with eachother once they're forced to lockdown together, the characters are so differents, and those two are practically the unwanted guardians of them, I still have to figure out some of them, because obviously, some are really shady!!
Putting all together this is a really good drama, this is just my opinion, but I really recommend this one! :)
