What a clever story telling !

Smallest of matters brings grandeur of scenes in this drama, and that's the beauty of this drama. Everything from the story, to cast, to the chemistry, to the relationship dynamics and the cinematography is top notch. It was not my most awaited drama, in fact I did not even know about it until few became several people constantly talking about it on my twitter. It is one of the best ever, if I may say, from same screenwriter as Rise of the Phoenixes which is another one of my favorites, strongly recommending !

CHEMISTRY

I honestly was not a C DRAMA watcher but in Oct 2020, this drama dropped out of nowhere in my life and in particular YUAN SHUAI swept me off my feet ! The CHEMISTRY is what sold me. Both Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi are effortless in their roles and together, their relationship feels real ! I really liked the OST too ! Offered office romance, childhood love, living together situation. In a way formulaic, but served in a totally revamped bottle that makes you want it again, that wine ! Waste no time, watch it. I got recruited into the world of C-Dramas because of it !
