One of the good ones this year

It’s a feel good drama. I added this review as others have rated this very low. I started this show with low expectations and was certain I will give it up in 1-2 episodes, which I do with many drama. However, this show kept me interested. Story is simple and mainly happy. Even the love triangles / misunderstanding don’t last long. That’s what I love about this drama. Main leads and supporting actors did great job. FL in starting was little extra but I think that’s normal if you are avid C-drama watcher. She gets so much better. ML grew on me, I will watch out for his drama.

It’s cute light hearted drama. I usually don’t add reviews until show is underrated and needs better reviews. I also think images of this show are misleading you to think it’s about just main couple’s romance series. It’s actually story of five individuals coming from different social statutes. They all had different reasons to come to school, how they spend years in school and all come together and become best friends. Their character development, their friendship, hardships and how they become five legendary scholars of the school. Main female lead has special bond with each friend and not just main lead. There are some scenes Which can be little draggy but needed in the drama. I wished it was longer but glad they didn’t add any extra drama just to drag the show and bring the quality down. Overall, it’s funny, light hearted drama. If you are looking for easy going show in this uncertain pandemic time this one is for you.

Great show, one of the better one in 2020.

I started watching this as a time pass show and not expecting much . However, I was pleasantly surprised by the show and really enjoyed. I barely skip any scenes as this doesn’t have draggy cliche drama. Glad most of the schemes are big by 2nd female lead, which I liked because tired seeing same schemes over and over again in other drama. Try it out, you will get hooked. Great chemistry between leads. Even side characters seemed to redeemed themselves. This doesn’t let me post review without 500 words , however this show deserves good review. Surprised to see it’s only 7.7 rated here, it should be better. Better than some of the new 2020 shows I watched. Like love designer , I liked that one too but I was patiently waiting for subs for that show and may be that’s why I was little disappointed. While this one just hidden gem.
