Crashed and Burned

The show had a very promising start - the two leads have amazing chemistry, and there was a lot spent production-wise. It feels, however, that the directors attempted to make use of the popularity the show gained early on to further feed the audience with a tremendous amount of fluff and filler. I think there are at least 5 episodes that can be completely skipped as they do not contribute to the plot and are merely there to please viewers. I stopped tuning in regularly when it was airing as I expected to be let down, only to watch the episodes on my own time (and still be let down). Now, I'm on episode 15 and they seemed to remember that there is a plot to the story after all and are rushing to complete it. There was SO much potential, that they just wasted. It's really disappointing, I think they could've hired me to direct the show and I would've done a better job.

This was an 8.5 for me until the last episode.

The good: beautiful cast, happy ending, A+ characters that make it worth the watch. The bad: nonsensical plot with deus ex machina that takes away all of the potential this show had. I think this could've had a much better outcome if the show was 20 episodes long instead of cramming it into 16. And replacing the useless fillers with something more contributing to the plot. I love the lack of explanations. Go girl give us nothing!!

Beautiful leads, slow start

First episode spends a lot of time trying to set the tone. It seems to be a drama that will be extremely soft, which is what I expected after looking at the posters. Park Min-Young and Seo Kang-Joon are both actors I love so I will keep watching for them. If you like action/thriller this might not be it for you. It's more of a healing drama.
