Original storyline
This drama starts off by introducing this strong, independent and lonely rich woman, who desperately wanted to have kids, but never wanted a sustainable family. So she cajoled a good looking and smart doctor, whom she just met, into marrying her for kids. The male lead didn't know the actual reason but married her after learning that she was the girl he knew when they were young. She was his first love and the female lead did not know/remember him. So he didn't mind marrying her for a year to clear off his aunt's debt. The first episode has already got me addicted to it. The plot was funny because she kept psychoing him into marrying her and she did manage to trick him into the marriage. It has an original storyline, despite using a cliche marriage contract in the plot. Usually, the male lead of such dramas are overbearing boss. But no, they swapped that personality between the genders. Now that we have an overbearing female lead, I was afraid that the male lead will look like a simp. But that wasn't the case either, the male lead was an extremely nice, caring, understanding, clever and supportive husband which made me hooked to this drama. He was indeed upset when he found out her reason for marrying him. But they resolved it when they both revealed that they loved each other. The only issue I had about this drama was that she broke up with him and left the country for good after going bankrupt (why do all dramas have amnesia and such breakup scenes?) and the second leads start to have a lot of screen time (all of which I skipped? But here is also when they spiced up the plot even more with the introduction of their kid. She had a kid without him knowing (kind of impossible you know?) and decided to visit China for a business trip. The kid acting as their son was such a great actor. He managed to portray both his supposedly parents' characteristics that I almost had a delusion that he was their biological son. He had his mom's feisty character and dad's intelligence. His presence made us fell in love with the chemistry and relationship of the characters. If I were the writer, I wouldn't have the female lead trick the male lead into marrying her. Instead, I would have the female lead trick him into having a checkup on her sperm cell counts and steal it for IVF. Sounds more original right?

Meeting You Loving You

Cliche
First and foremost, the ML and the two second FLs are good looking. The storyline started out well but went downhill with really cliche kidnapping and hospitalisation scenes. They just had to incorporate the typical ML/FL dying and losing their memory into the plot. Like come on, not all couples have a tragic story in their life right? ML was still disgusted and mean to FL even after recovering fragments of lost memory but immediately agreed to FL’s marriage proposal and treated her the way he used to treat her prior to the memory lost. I don’t catch the chemistry and logic. When ML’s supposedly passed away from the failed surgery, the FL did not question where ML’s remains were without any intention for funeral arrangements and the fact that his doctor friend did not come back. His friend’s gf did not even question his sudden decision to stay abroad. Sounds illogical for both the FL and second FL to not know that ML has been alive and in coma for 4 years.
The chemistry is not as expected even though both ML and FL made out many times. It feels likes drunk people making out without any feelings. No caressing or skin ship when making out. The camera man did not bring out the chemistry effect.
The other two couples are not as interesting as usual in cdrama so I skipped most of their scenes.

Bad directorship with really awkward script
Firstly, the story of a child time traveling to the past to meet his parents sounds familiar right? Right, we all know which Korean film it was adapted from. However, the cast of the kid is the reason why this drama is going to survive; they picked the right kid to cast for this adorable role.Secondly, the opening song sounds like any typical kpop song and it definitely did not fit the opening of this drama. You are going to vomit blood whenever there is an awkward insertion of a song during some heartthrob moments or skin contact between the main leads. Indeed awkward choice of songs that did not bring the correct mood.
Thirdly, the script was badly written. The choice of words is important in building characterisation. However, the scriptwriter did not consider that and the male lead did not sound like an overbearing rich boss as described. The female lead could not portray the feelings too. The introduction was badly planned out. I understand that this was meant to be about 5 episodes (300 mins) but the scenes in the first 9 episodes were simply rushed out that it did not create a logical flow of plot. I have seen many Japanese dramas that are as short as 5 episodes and the plots were really well planned out unlike this drama. The introduction is really important as it determines if the audience is going to continue watching it or not.
