Its a pretty good special, unfortunately couldn't find a English sub upload of the special so most of what I got was visual. Ami Suzuki is pretty much the lead role throughout the 30 minutes with them giving a pretty good reason to care about how the end of the special goes. The skull man suit for the special is really cool and for the scenes he's in its pretty solid. Most to all of the backgrounds seem to be greenscreen which wasn't too distracting, it kinda set tone with the dark visuals. You don't need to watch this to watch the 2007 anime its connected to but I highly recommend watching if you can get past not being able to read the subtitles

The Good: The insert themes are very good with all being done by kamen rider girls. The suits are really cool looking, the helmets have this unique look to them that you don't see in other rider seasons. the action is very interesting with how they went out of their way to make sure wizard uses a lot of special effects for his attacks to make it feel like he is using magic. The villains are somewhat interesting even if most of the main cast isn't
The Bad: The protagonist and most of the main cast end up being one note, Haruto/Wizard is really boring to watch for most of the episodes, his character ends up being donut boy. The filler, even though in a time where rider seasons had a lot of filler kamen rider wizard has some of the most uninteresting.
