It had a good start but eventually the drama became boring and nonsense. what a stupid ending, doesn't it mean that the story will repeat itself for ever and they will never be able to do anything against the will of the writer!!! even if they succeed to be together, they will start this suffering all over again once the story is ended!
It feels like a cliche tragedy reincarnation story, don't let the good start fouls you, don't believe that this drama is different because they made fun of other cliche dramas.
Honestly, it should have been a short web series instead of 32 episodes drama.
I'm disappointed :(

Beautiful cinematography, beautiful costumes, a lot of cameos, but that's it.
The backstories of some of the important characters are weak with several plot holes and the acting of the both main actors are weak or may be they are miscast especially IU. She was perfect in "my mister" but here she didn't convince me at all. For yeo jin-goo, I've watched hime in "the crowned clown" and sadly I'm not a fan of his acting.
The story is original (slightly inspired by beauty and the beast) but I didn't like it especially towards the end.
My favourite character in the whole drama is Sanchez :D

Unpopular opinion

Simply, this drama is not good. The comedy is silly, the characters are weird and the acting is off except for tragedy scenes. My favorite character that felt like a real human being is the aunt. The drama is not consistent and the comedy is forced and pushed in wrong places. The drama have a lot of important messages regarding family but it doesn't make it a good drama. Before watching this drama you have to know that it is a sad drama and you will cry a lot (may be this is the reason why it has a high rating 😅) and it is very looooooooooooong , unnecessarily long.

I liked this drama, it has some new ideas and, thank god, has a happy ending , simple, yet happy :)
However, I hoped the comedy phase continues for a bit longer as the story was not that complicated but the comedy was phenomenal. Come on guys, lady kim needs her own drama!
I liked Jang Dong Yoon (nokdu) so much that I will wait for his next drama and watch his previous ones. He is very talented. He mastered lady kim to the point I forgot that she is actually he :D. Of course, in addition to his cuteness and sense of humor ♡♡♡
I liked the actor "Jung Joon Ho" ( the king),although the king character was stupid and shallow. And I'm happy to discover such talented actors through this drama.
