Such a cute little rom-com.
Honestly, I loved it way more that I was expecting to. I went in thinking that it was just gonna be this cute little show (which it was) but it was also really funny and made my heart flutter. The chemistry between Chao and TuTu is UNMATCHED. They were literally destined to be together and I was rooting for them the whole time. Also, I loved how cute Juanjuan and Siwen were. Yes the drama was a little cheesy sometimes but that’s literally any and every rom-com you watch if we’re being honest. The only thing I wish could’ve been done differently was the dubbing. Now I KNOW and understand why they dub Chinese dramas, don’t get me wrong. I just wished we could actually hear the actor’s real voices, but that’s okay. They all did an amazing job. I was hooked from start to finish.Cet avis était-il utile?
It was solid.
Before watching this, I read a few comments and people kept saying this one was better than the first one. I disagree, but it was still pretty good. I hated how slow it was at times and everyone got on my nerves at times. But the plot twists were really good, a little predictable, but still good. I'd say give it a chance, but I still prefer the first one better.Cet avis était-il utile?

Traumatizing Ending
As good as this show was, I just have to say that the ended left me so dang traumatized. Like did that really need to happen? I actually watched this back when it first aired but just got back into kdramas recently, so I remembered this one. I don't think I'd ever be able to rewatch this because of the ending.Cet avis était-il utile?
Crying and Sobbing
And Sobbing and Crying! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect going into this movie, but it ended up being really good. This movie made me so freaking emotional, especially when they had to decide. I felt bad for these characters and understood where the main guy and the villain were coming from. If you want a movie that will make your heart hurt, I recommend this one.Cet avis était-il utile?

Deserves a second season tbh...
I literally JUST finished watching this after binging it for the last two days and honestly, I think it's one of the best dramas I've seen this year. But, I do agree with some of the other reviews that said the ending was rushed. The story was fantastic, but I felt like this is a show that should've has at least two more episodes. The last episode felt like it was missing something. It felt like it was just a summary of a last episode because of how quickly it rushed through the ending. Some other things that bugged me where how Doha's death felt too easy. Or how they mentioned the elder's son, but he literally never appeared. This is why I'm hoping that there is a season two. There's a lot of questions I still need answered. I'm not usually one to want a second season of a drama bc most of the time I like how there's just a happy ending and that's it. But the ending of this show is (kind of) a cliffhanger imo. I need to know what happens next.Cet avis était-il utile?
Can't believe it took me this long...
Honestly, I'd been wanting to watch this show since around early 2017 but I always put it off for some reason. I actually remember starting it years ago but only watching the first 10 minutes of episode one. So yesterday I decided to fully pay attention to it and start from the beginning. I enjoyed it a lot. I loved the idea of the students holding atrial to solve the mystery. Usually I'm disappointed with the endings of a lot of shows but it wasn't the case for this one. I actually liked the outcome. Ofc it's sad about what actually happened and it definitely wasn't what I thought actually happened but it worked. I believe th story was well written and everyone did an amazing job at their roles.Cet avis était-il utile?
Highly Recommend
This was spectacular drama! It had a bit of everything. It was a law drama, crime drama, school drama, workplace drama and even covered topics like bullying, prostitution, classism, and shed a bit of light on the negative affects of grooming. It was written really well and the cast did a fantastic job portraying their characters and their stories. I will admit though, the ending was a little predictable but I guess that’s bound to be the case for us that have watched dozens of kdramas. It also really gave me slight Penthouse/SKY Castle/Beautiful World vibes. So if you liked any of those, I think you’ll enjoy this one.Cet avis était-il utile?
Watched it all in less than 24 hours.
Nowadays it takes a lot for me to get into a show. Whether it be a show in English or a kdrama. My attention span is not that great so if it doesn’t draw me in within the first 30 minutes or so, I usually don’t stick around. But, as you can tell from the headline, I was REALLY into this one. I had been seeing so many ppl on twitter talk about it but I didn’t think much of it. But then yesterday I was bored and decided to give it a try. I was up until 1am trying to finish the show. The story, the acting, the characters had me all HOOKED. So much happened so fast that I felt like I had lived a whole lifetime by the 3rd episode. This drama definitely deserves all of the hype it’s getting in twitter. Now, ofc there were some things that I didn’t like but that’s literally every show.I highly recommend you check this show out. I promise you won’t be able to predict what happens next bc there’s a twist every few minutes. I can’t wait until season 2!

It was good but…
Listen, I love a good Lee Jong Suk drama because he’s such an amazing actor imo. This drama was a good watch overall but it a few of the characters were slightly annoying (mostly the main actress at times). The story was cool and different but enjoyable nonetheless. I wasn’t a fan of the relationship they kept pushing on us. I don’t get why they wanted us to ship a high schooler and and (almost) 30 year old so bad. It didn’t sit well with me.I do recommend to give this drama a try though. You might actually like it more than me.

Definitely worth a watch!
I literally just finished this drama today and I have to say, it’s REALLY good! It was recommended to me on Viki and after reading the synopsis, I was intrigued. I actually ended up watching most of the episodes in one day. Luckily for me, all except the last two episodes were already available. I loved the casting and the acting was AMAZING. There was a big plot twist that definitely caught me by surprise. Usually I can predict what’s gonna happen in these dramas but I was pleasantly surprised this time around! I definitely recommend this if you like apocalyptic/thriller/slightly dark dramas. Ah! It was just so good! I haven’t watched a kdrama all the way through in a WHILE.Cet avis était-il utile?
Please give this one a try!
This (along with Beautiful World) is one of my all time favorite dramas. I’ve rewatched this show so many times on multiple different platforms. The acting, the story, the music, the production, just EVERYTHING is sooo good. It’s a tear-jerker though so be sure to have a few tissues handy. This show is perfect for those who love romantic melodramas. It’s somber but has its light-hearted moments. It really makes you feel for the characters and understand what they’re going through.I cannot recommend this enough so please just give it a try.
