Slow burn to nothing
The acting and production was amazing however I can’t help but feel like I’ve wasted weeks of my life waiting for new episodes just for it to end in nothing. How can this be considered a BL when there’s zero real romance in it. It’s such a clear lead on to a season 2 (except that’s not been confirmed yet and will take who knows how long to film and produce). I was constantly waiting for something (anything) to happen just for it to end and NOTHING does.Cet avis était-il utile?
Not bad
I wish they could have showed more of Kiyoi’s feelings towards Hira, I was glad they ended well but I couldn’t help but feel bad for Hira’s university friend. I understand the whole unconditional/ unexplainable love but Kiyoi never treated him especially well except some minor subtle points. But overall a good drama with an interesting storyline and an enjoyable endingCet avis était-il utile?
Surprisingly perfect
I wasn’t expecting much from this drama when I read the synopsis, thinking it would just be a typical college enemies to lovers jealousy trope with no real feelings or plot. I WAS WRONG! The storyline was so much better than I could have imagined. Showcasing real fears and insecurities we all face, especially whilst growing up. The main couple coming together felt raw and authentic, no forced drama or unrealistic sudden feelings. They had their issues but worked to resolve the problems within themselves before thrusting their issues onto each other. The character and relationship development was perfect. I usually would say I wish the drama was longer and whilst I’d love to see more of this couple and their romance I honestly feel like the drama ended at the perfect moment. Hands down one of the best dramas I’ve seen in a long time and all done within 3 hours of content.Cet avis était-il utile?
