A Kdrama that got it all
I have finally completely rewatched this drama over two years after first watching it, and I have to say, it really holds up. The story is very interesting, and at first I was skeptical if they could fill 20 episodes without drawing everything out forever, but other than a few minor moments in the last episodes, that didn't really happen.I really liked the combination of action scenes, romance scenes but also the strong plot about corruption and the media. The chemistry between the leads was good, and I especially liked Yoo Jitae's character's interactions with the rest of the cast, his character was played very well and constantly kept you on the edge about his true colors.
My only real point of critique would be about the music, I know a lot of kdramas have their one love song they alwaaaaaays play for romantic scenes, and "Healer" is no exception, Eternal Love got on my nerves towards the end.
Other than that though, I really loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Very dense story, good character development, decent ending
Flower of Evil starts out like a normal crime series with a side plot, but very soon delves from that and becomes action packed, fast paced and keeping you on the edge of your seat. You start rooting for characters you never thought you would, the plot twists are sometimes sudden but well explained. Despite all the action, FoE manages to balance it with happier or more emotional moments, exploring the main characters well and changing them, as they discover themselves. This makes the action even more impactful, as you become attached to the characters and what they have build up.Cet avis était-il utile?

Rather simple rom-com with surpisingly dark moments, fails to keep up the pace over all episodes
Charming and interesting beginning, it's also nice that they didn't feel the need to take in an overdramatic break-up in the middle, however, the ending episodes therefore are quite slow and dragged out, with the office scenes repeating and nothing new coming. It's especially weird how the two seem extremely secretary-boss like even in the final episodes, their chemistry is there in a form, but the development in their story doesn't always translate to the way they act around each other and in a way it seems like, despite all the hardships they faced, their relationship still is quite shallow and not of much substance.Cet avis était-il utile?

Interesting beginning, horrible evolution
As I found this drama on quite a lot of "must watch K-Dramas" - lists and it being extremely popular, I went in to except a, maybe a bit cliché-heavy but light and enjoyable watch. And while it is in the beginning very interesting and simply cool to see a "simple" girl stand up to the school bullies, this takes the absolutely wrong turn when the main male lead is the leader of the group of bullies, who literally had a guy almost committing suicide due to them, if Gandi didn't stand up for him. ML's ways of making Gandi fall in love of him are extremely worrying as well and then, instead of first explaining why he acts that way or at least letting Gandi deal with it, the show suddenly portrays him as hero and romantic, only meaning well.Furthermore, it gets quite boring and dragged out, and horrible story + bad pacing + annoying music just doesn't make for an enjoyable watch.
