Re-Watched Dramas
This list contains some of my favourite dramas, but not all of them.
It contains only the dramas that I re-watch many times.
- Either the whole drama.
- Or various scenes from the drama.
-
1. W - Two Worlds Apart
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
> x20 rewatch.
I know this drama to perfection, every scene, every dialogue, every hidden meaning.
I've learned a lot about how to sequence events, create thrills, and trigger plot-twists. -
2. Liar Game
Japanese Drama - 2007, 11 episodes
> x12 rewatch
It was my favourite TV work of all time and all countries, for 7 years, before I discovered W.
-
3. I Hear Your Voice
Korean Drama - 2013, 18 episodes
x3 rewatch
You start watching the first episode because of KIM So-Hyun, and you end up watching the whole drama again.
The emotional power is there right from the beginning, and I'm fascinated by the female lead actress act and human warmth of the drama. -
4. Memories of the Alhambra
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
x3 rewatch
I would certainly watch it again, especially since there are still some mysteries that I have not yet cleared up in the story.
-
5. Miss Ripley
Korean Drama - 2011, 16 episodes
x3 rewatch
Based on a true story, actress Lee Dae Hee's performance is unforgettable.
While she often acted in comedies, she totally changed her style in this melodrama. -
6. Jang Ok Jung
Korean Drama - 2013, 24 episodes
While I never rewatched the entire drama, it's like I watched it again x3 or more.
I look for and watch scenes where actress Kim Tae Hee is present.
One of the best performances of an actress to my knowledge.
I can accurately name every scene in which her talent explodes.
Example: end of Episode 10, the breaking point of the main character, Jang Ok Jung. -
7. Love in Sadness
Korean Drama - 2019, 40 episodes
I re-watch various scenes with the scary second male lead.
But above all, I had to rewatch at least x5 all the scenes where the actress Park Ha Na appears, in the first 5 episodes.
One of the best performance in the history of drama, this actress is incredible. -
8. Queen Seon Duk
Korean Drama - 2009, 62 episodes
I rewatch various scenes in which Lady Mishil appears.
I know by heart her appearances in the first two episodes of the drama, plus other iconic scenes later in the story. -
9. Trompe-moi, Si tu peux
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
