☩ 2021 ☩

I started this in July. I am still watching, very very slowly. I like it... but for some reason I can only watch in small bites. Unlike some others, I do want to finish. I typically save it for lunch breaks where I need to watch something while I eat, in little 20 minute snippets. Really easy to pick up and put down again. 

On hold. Started in August. Watched the first episode but wasn't in the right mindset. I'll come back to this one. 

December: I tried episode 2 but could not get past the cringe. It's recommended so much though that I'll try again another time. 

First re-watch. Since this was so short, I decided to re-watch the first series before watching the second.

A decent sequel. I really like this web series and I'll probably re-watch them both at some point. 

On episode 11. While making this list in November, I completely forgot I had watched this show earlier this year untl I looked at my Viki history. That said, I enjoyed it while I was watching it. I love Xing Fei and I thought this was a decent little drama. I might finish later on so I'm keeping it in Currently Watching for now. 

December: I'm up to episode 27. I've had this on in the background while I'm at work so definitely not following every word but I can get the gist. Overall I think this is pretty forgettable, but the FL and ML are doing great. They are honestly carrying the show, as well as the SFL lawyer who started out mean but turned into a work friend. I like that they show us a real relationship where they talk and fight but they actually communicate like real people. 

I only watched the first episode to see how this was. I'm a big fan of Park Bo Young and Seo In Guk. I liked it, but I wasn't in the right mood to watch it. I added it to my Plan to Watch for another day. 

December: Completed. This was great. I was so happy with how this wrapped up and that there was a full 2 episode conclusion instead of a rushed ending. Not as much romance I as usually like but the mood, music, and intriguing plot were enough. 

November. Binged in 2 days, where I stayed up much too late and had a headache at work the next day from lack of sleep. This will not be an ultimate favorite (something was missing for me but I'm not sure what) but wow it was good. Took me back to my heyday of drama watching. Great acting, plot, emotions, setting/filming. Solid overall. Will definitely be re-watching in the future.

November. On hold. Stopped at episode 4. I really wanted to like this. I l thought the main cast was great and the premise interesting, but then I could see that the plot was going to be the ML lying to the FL for most of the show... and I was not in the mood for that. Sometimes it's okay in Dramaland (I Am Not a Robot did it well) but this just seemed wrong. I may try this again though because it has potential to surprise me. 

November. First re-watch. I had this on in the background as I did other things. For some reason I thought Cha Si An found out that the FL was his favorite fansite but that must have been a headcanon >< still cute!

November. Re-watch. I really just wanted to watch the earthquake episodes for some reason. I did re-watch this from the beginning but I stopped at epsiode 10. 

November. I stumbled across this when searching for a short drama to watch, since it appears I am not able to finish any right now. Very cute!

November. Absolutely adorable main leads, cute skinship, and a breakup that lasted 15 minutes tops. This was light and fluffy and exactly what I hoped. 

November-December. I wanted to like this more, but there were so many terrible plot choices. The writers kept adding weird short plot lines that didn't fit the main characters personalities but we were supposed to believe.

The FL was amazing, I want to see more of her ASAP. The MLs were decent. There were 2 songs from the OST that I want to save, which is rare from a short web drama like this, but they were beautiful. Overall cute but forgettable.

December. On Episode 12.

3rd re-watch? Stopped at episode 9 but will probably continue to see the cute moments between the leads. 

December. On hold at epsiode 7. I wanted to like this but it fell flat and I found myself fast forwarding too much. 

5th re-watch? My go to comfort watch. I thought I was just going to watch a few of my favorite scenes... I binged the whole thing with minimal skips (all of the Elder's scenes of course). 10/10 always. 

December. Started the first 2 episodes in between a few other shows I was watching. I liked it and will continue. 

December. Odd but cute! Mini drama that came up in my Viki recommended.  

December. This drama was never on my radar/watchlist but I saw a clip on Youtube of the second main couple (Sa Ra and Eun Ho) and wanted to try it out. 

I was pleasantly surprised! This is a great drama overall with only some small writing decisions that I disliked. The FL is amazing and I find the plot really interesting. Some funny moments and some touching ones. My favorite part is the friendship between the FL and her two friends, it is beautiful. Also Kkingkkang!

December. I re-watched the last 5 episodes for my fave scenes. I needed a playful Seo In Guk while I am finishing up Doom At Your Service. 

December. Episode 9. I was in the mood for a high school drama and couldn't get through True Beauty so I decided to try something that was actually on my watchlist for once. 

Enjoying it so far! Apprehensive though because I KNOW I am going to have SML Syndrome... I seem particularly susceptible to it in school dramas (Dream High, Reply 1994, School 2015, Cheese in the Trap, True Beauty... oh no).

December. I had this on hold for a year or so and I finally watched the last 4 episodes. Cute!

Started in December. Up to Episode 10 and will finish in the new year.
