good dramas that couldn't stick the landing
a.k.a had mildly bad to tragically disappointing endings

1. Suspicious Partner
Korean Drama - 2017, 40 episodes
I really loved the actors and the main ship but that last arc made me super uncomfortable. Way to throw out all legal process and pull some shady stuff about mental illness and crime.
-
2. The Guardians
Korean Drama - 2017, 32 episodes
After so much fabulous action, I expected a better ending. A certain death didn't get very much resolution and too much time was spent setting up for a nonexistent season 2. The characters deserved better.

3. Fight For My Way
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
I adored this drama but the last few eps were just too crowded and fast. I really didn't like how the female lead's story was shafted in favor of the male lead's plot.

4. Ma seule chanson d'amour
Korean Drama - 2017, 20 episodes
Alright, I'm glad the leads were reunited but WHERE IS ON DAL'S MOM??? I still need resolution...

5. Ms. Perfect
Korean Drama - 2017, 20 episodes
I knew they were going for a tragic gothic ending but it was still disappointing. *cough* A certain slimy dude should have died in fire instead of getting a redemption arc. *cough*

6. Arang and the Magistrate
Korean Drama - 2012, 20 episodes
Someone still needs to explain that ending to me. After all that mystery and drama it was a weird cop out. Also, I just really don't like reincarnation endings...

7. While You Were Sleeping
Korean Drama - 2017, 32 episodes
This drama was really good and clever, but the ending kind of sucked the urgency out of the plot. The fantasy elements were just sort of left by the way side. After such a great beginning, it deserved better.

8. Strongest Deliveryman
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
All I'm saying is the second leads deserved a better plotline!
-
9. Saimdang, Light’s Diary
Korean Drama - 2017, 28 episodes
Cutting the episodes down was definitely a mistake. I wish they had actually finished the modern plot and/or given a better explanation of whatever they were trying to do there.

10. A Korean Odyssey
Korean Drama - 2017, 20 episodes
This drama was uneven from the beginning, but the last two eps were downright terrible. The cleverness of the setting was completely wasted. The plot just fizzled out. There was no dramatic confrontation, just a series of cop outs. It was one long anti-climax that left me irritated and bored.
