My Favorites
These are my personal favorites. Not all of them are highly rated by others, but for me they are all shows I would watch again.

1. Cutie Pie
Thai Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
This show is my number one of all time. The show is a step up from traditional boy's love that focus only on teens in high school or college. Two of the main characters are businessmen and their love interests are college students. Some have comment reviews that are low because they think the relationships have domineering personalities. I think you have to take the show for what it is - it is not real life, but for entertainment purposes, it is quite entertaining.

2. Fish Upon the Sky
Thai Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
First, I loved this show. I did not agree with many of the negative comments in the review, but everyone watches for a different reason, I guess. Not going to compare this show to any other show, because doing that is unfair, there will always be shows you like and dislike more than others. I loved the fact that this show was long, there was no rushed feeling. I loved the characters, especially the guy who is so persistent in going after the person he loves. Of course, it took him a long time to understand why his intended was the way he was, but at the same time he was always doing things that took care of him. His persistence was because he knew from the long looks between them that there was something there. I also loved a lot of the meaningful things that were said over the course of the show. They are actually listed in another review, so I am not going to list them here. Overall, I loved every episode.

3. Not Me
Thai Drama - 2021, 14 episodes
Love, Hate, Sadness, Happiness, Trust & More!
First, I want to say - a lot of the reviews I read seem to take it to the extreme with every little detail from story, each character, every actor, sound, lighting, etc. I myself do not like reviews like that, they seem opinionated and also have a tendency to give away too much of the plot.
This is one of my favorite series to date. I watch a lot of Korean, Thai, Japanese Series and everything from romance to suspense to BL - and this show has all of that and more.
This series is so deep, with a lot of thought-provoking moments. It is filled with suspense, love, romance and more. I truly could not stop watching it long enough to get my chores done. And I will definitely watch this again someday. I especially like the way the twins' story played out. Really every character had a story with depth and all of the acting was top notch. Some of the music choices was surprising, but still very good.

4. To My Star
Korean Drama - 2021, 9 episodes
This was a relatively short series, but wow! The series is so wonderfully told and executed; I couldn't ask for anything better! I love the two main characters, however, all of the characters in this show were perfect. This show proves you do not need a long, drawn-out series to tell a good story. Everything was perfect, and I felt exhilarated through most of it and happy and content when it ended. I will definitely watch this series again, maybe when I need uplifted
When I watch a series like this one, where i don't feel the need to fast forward through parts, I am so grateful. Too many of the BL Series that are about High School, or College have way too much going on with way too much "noise" that I skip through. I can't say enough about the two main leads, they were so perfect! Give this one a try, definitely.

5. Love Stage
Thai Drama - 2022, 10 episodes
I wanted to see how KaownahTurbo would fare as leads and I was pretty pleased, I think they had great chemistry and were pretty believable.
I haven’t seen any source material or other versions of Love Stage so I know nothing about the original series and can’t say how great or not of an adaptation this is, but from the trailer & music video, I felt like I had an idea of what this show would be about, others who have a different version to compare it to might not agree.
It’s not a serious drama, but it is a step up from most of the college and high school bl's.
Overall is a pretty light and fluffy, feel-good show, with a little drama thrown in, and also a bit of sadness at points.
Focuses on celebrities having relationships, although I am sure they don't end in real life as they did in this bl.
The episode where they are at the beach was the best for me (and a lot of other you tube watchers who commented on the number of replays for certain scenes... lol
I think Film/Tee was a great second couple.
The main female character, Aigo, was pretty cool, as were the parents. -
6. Second Chance
Thai Drama - 2021, 6 episodes
I Love his series. Definitely a feel-good series to be watched more than once. The chemistry between the two male leads is amazing, the kisses sweet. Both of the other couples' stories were very good as well. Even the females were fun and entertaining. The story line moved along and was never boring. The acting, music, cinematography, directing, everything was perfect. Although six episodes was enough to tell the story, I kind of wished it was longer, because it was such a feel good series.

7. Win Jaime's Heart
Filipino Drama - 2020, 6 episodes
Hot! Hot! Hot!
Okay, so I am just going to throw it out there - one of the best kissing scenes I have seen in a bl series! The story is really good, although a bit short. A lot of the episodes have remarks that are so true to life. The Actors are all really excellent, I was slightly annoyed by one of the side characters, for being loud, but that is minor.
The music was incredible, especially towards the end. The ending was rather abrupt, I think a couple more episodes was needed to make the series feel more complete, but a lot was packed into the 6 episodes. I am actually surprised the overall rating on this series wasn't higher. Since this was filmed in 2020, the actors have not been in any other series since this one, which is disappointing.

8. Triage
Thai Drama - 2022, 13 episodes
What A Ride! Definitely On of My Favorites.
By Dr Sammon, (Manner of Death), the story is exceptionally well done, with lots of twists and turns.
After watching a couple of episodes, I thought the time loop thing was starting to get monotonous, but right about the time I was wondering if I wanted to keep watching, other things started to happen - and did not stop throughout the series. Honestly, I binge watched this, I plan on watching it again in a couple of weeks, so I can pick up any nuances I may have missed.
I really only had one criticism of the series - the portrayal of the "so called Angel". He certainly was not a "guiding light". His character was apparently cast as a combination of arrogance and humor, whereas a bit of sympathy and encouragement would have suited "an Angel better".
As far as the ending, it did feel a little rushed - still it ended with fast twists and turns - you will know what I mean when you watch the last episode. Enjoy!!

9. Manner of Death
Thai Drama - 2020, 14 episodes
This series is Exceptionally Well Done, With an Intriguing Storyline and Exceptional Actors. Definitely a must see - I personally have already watched it twice. The actor's personalities are just perfect, with the Doctor being a bit naive and so stubborn. He ends up having to deal with a lot, but he never seems to lose that touch of innocence. And a tough guy - who has a soft side, his attraction to the doctor becomes his main focal point. Keep the Doctor safe!

10. A Tale of a Thousand Stars
Thai Drama - 2021, 10 episodes
This Series is and always will be one of my favorites. I have already watched it twice and someday I will watch it again. Everything about this series is so perfect. This couple conveys real emotions that make you feel you are right there with them. Ageless Story. Perfect & Beautiful Song.

11. Advance Bravely
Chinese Drama - 2017, 30 episodes
This series is a Chinese bromance, with actors that execute the romance superbly. It's a great watch / rewatch. Should have been a bl, sadly it was not, hence my slightly lower rating. These two actors probably would not have acted in this series if it was a bl. Watch out for the ending, it's mediocre - animated and stupid, but I liked the series so much that it was just a minor disappointment.

12. Love Storm
Thai Drama - 2022, 13 episodes
An Incredibe Series!
I am going to be honest...
I wached this series twice, a few weeks apart. I am glad that I watched it a second time, and I will tell you why:
The first time I watched this, my review would have said that I liked the first story, but not the second story. It would have said the second story was too brutal for me. I would have also recommended that they merge the two stories instead of having one after the other.
But after I watched the entire series again, I changed my mind. The two stories being so different, I don't think merging them together would have been better. I still enjoyed the first story better, but I also picked up on a lot more in the second story, which made me appreciate it more than I had previously. Someone who is lost and needing the strength and trust to love again and a guy who is patient and caring who comes into his life. This is such an important message for anyone who has been truly disillusioned by love. And the message near the end really hit home with me. With a tragedy in my life, (not a love interest, but a loss that devastated me) I really took to heart the message that if you are hurting and do not pick up the pieces of your life, your loved ones will suffer.
The first story is fun and loving, all four main characters are persons I would like if I met them in real life. The stories are so well done and production, lighting, music, everything was spot on.
So... I not only recommend you watch this, I recommend you watch it twice, just a few weeks apart. See if your viewpoint stays the same. I believe this is one of the better bl series to come out this year.
