disappointing endings
These shows aren't directly bad. Some of these were really good. They are just shows where the last (few) episodes declined significantly in quality. Where writers, editing, acting, or logic slacked off. I just collect these because I personally dislike these types of endings very much and am always disappointed when a great show fucks up its last few episodes.

1. 4Minutes (Sultrier Version)
Thai Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
The last 2 episodes felt completely different than the rest of the show. The resolve was great, but the last episodes just felt unrealistic given the previous plot. The acting quality also declined in my opinion.

2. Jack & Joker: U Steal My Heart! (Uncut Ver.)
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Towards the second half it gets disgustingly cheesy, repetitive, and irrelevant. The plot is a lukewarm mess. The pining was better than the actual relationship, riddled with miscommunication, lack of trust, and repetitiveness of unnecessary mistakes.

3. Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo
Korean Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
Sadly, the story didn't capture me anymore after the first few episodes and the time skip. The story got more and more confusing and there were a few jumps that made it even harder to follow. I fully admit that I didn't really understand the plot after episode 5 onward. It still wasn't horrible, but I feel like the writers could've done a better job telling us what was going on.

4. Love Next Door
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Episode 12 onwards were filled with unrealistic, nonsensical back-and-forth, especially given the fact that the main characters had both been in relationships before. Why are you behaving like pre-schoolers? The pining and slow burn were better than the actual relationship.

5. My Demon
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
This would've been my favorite K-Drama if it hadn't been for the last two episodes. They removed all tension and logic, ruined the (previously cool) villain, and made the whole thing just ridiculous. Unnecessary time-skips are also just... unnecessary.

6. My Stand-In: Uncut
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
This is one of my favourite BLs of all time. It would've gotten the 10 stars if the last episode hadn't abandoned all logic. All the issues that occupied the plot for 11 episodes were simply resolved within minutes.

7. Nevertheless,
Korean Drama - 2021, 10 episodes

8. Not Me
Thai Drama - 2021, 14 episodes
I dropped it for a while and picked it up again. This isn't actually a romance drama in my opinion, which I enjoyed. This gets pretty dry in the end, which is why it was hard to finish for me, but overall really not bad.

9. The Eighth Sense
Korean Drama - 2023, 10 episodes
Putting this one on here is me being picky. I particularly enjoyed the tension, the pining, the indie, angsty feel of this BL. The last 3 episodes were kind of... too normal? I felt like they had forgotten their roots, the amount of emotion we experienced in the first half, and progressed into an average university romance. I loved 2/3 of this drama so much, but the last few episodes were a total break in writing and quality.

10. The Judge from Hell
Korean Drama - 2024, 14 episodes
The last few episodes concluded in quite a boring, generic way. This drama and the premise were so cool, but the way they simplified the FL for the sake of a... rom-com fluff ending? I feel like this show deserved better. Also another hate letter to end-episode time-skips. Who invented these? I would like a very violent word.
