Upcoming K-drama "Revenant" Starring Kim Tae Ri Confirmed to Premiere in Disney+!

The next K-drama project of writer Kim Eun Hee, Revenant, will also be available to global fans through Disney+. 

On May 30, it was officially announced that Revenant will also be released on Disney+. It will join the K-dramas that are already on the platform such as Dr. Romantic Season 3, Family: The Unbreakable Bond, Race, Pandora: Beneath the Paradise, and more.

Revenant will tell the story of a woman who is possessed by one of the demons that exist in the world and a man who can see evil spirits. Together, they will work and dig into the mysterious deaths related to the five sacred objects.

This will be the latest work of the famous screenwriter Kim Eun Hee. She is known for creating the K-dramas Jirisan, Kingdom, Signal, and more. The K-drama will be directed by Lee Jung Rim (V.I.P) and Kim Jae Hong (Through the Darkness).

Many are already anticipating the upcoming series with the great combination of world-class production and trustworthy actors, as well as the Korean-style occult mystery theme.

Revenant will be led by Kim Tae Ri, Oh Jung Se, Hong Kyung, Park Ji Young, Kim Won Hae, and Ye Soo Jung. 

Kim Tae Ri will give life to the character named Ku San Young. She is possessed by evil spirits. She is a normal hardworking part-timer during the day and at night, she spends her time in studying to become a low-ranking public officer. One day, she got some of the relics that were left behind by her late father. Since then, she has been seeing mysterious deaths around her. She also finds herself slowly changing. 

Oh Jung Se will play the role of Yeom Hae Sang. He is a professor that teaches Korean folklore. He also has a special ability to see evil spirits. He also saw that his mother was killed by a demon. As Yeom Hae Sang meets Ku San Young, he will face the demon that killed his mother.
