Sungjin High School Students Smile Even Amidst Catastrophe in Special Posters of "Duty After School"

Ahead of the drama's release, the South Korean online streaming service TVING has dropped two posters of the upcoming sci-fi thriller Duty After School.

One of the posters shows the students of Sungjin High School with guns and military gear. Despite being covered in dirt and having minor bruises, they wear the cheerful smiles of innocent teenagers which hints at their strong bond and friendship. 

The second poster shows a night view with the students sitting near a fence relaxing after a long tiring day of fighting the alien creatures. 

Both posters portray the dynamic roles the actors have to play in the drama of high school students being recruited into the military to defend the nation against the creatures attacking Earth. 

Duty After School is adapted from a webtoon of the same name written by Ha Il Kwon. 

Shin Hyun Soo, Im Se Mi, and Kim Ki Hae are cast in the leading roles. The supporting cast includes Lee Soon Won,  Choi Moon Hee, Kim Su Gyeom, Lee Yeon, Kwon Eun Bin, Moon Sang Min, Yeo Joo Ha, and Ahn Do Kyu. 

Duty After School is directed by the Class of Lies director Sung Yong Il, and its screenplay is penned by Lee Nam Gyu, who also penned the 2019 K-drama The Light in Your Eyes. The K-drama is scheduled to release on March 31.
