Netflix's Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 ranked second in the Global Top 10 Series (Non-English) category for two consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, Season 1 has grabbed the ninth spot.

Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 follows Ho Jae (Park Seo Joon), who bears a striking resemblance to Tae Sang, and Chae Ok (Han So Hee), who survived the spring of Gyeongseong, as they unravel the ties of fate, relationships, and malevolence connected to Gyeongseong. 

According to top10.netflix.com Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 recorded 3.7 million views from September 30 to October 6, ranking second in the Global Top 10 Series (non-English) category. It appeared in the Top 10 lists in 30 countries, including Japan, France, Hungary, Morocco, Nigeria, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and the Philippines. Season 2 has held the spot for two consecutive weeks.

Additionally, Season 1 of Gyeongseong Creature ranked ninth with 900,000 views, making it to the Top 10 in 11 countries, including South Korea, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Thailand, and Pakistan.

Director Jung Dong Yoon, along with Park Seo JoonHan So Hee, and Claudia Kim, shared their thoughts on the series' success:  

Director Jung Dong Yoon said, "Creating Seasons 1 and 2 with such talented actors and staff was a truly memorable experience. I'm even happier that both works have climbed together in the global rankings. I ask for your continued interest and love."

Park Seo Joon commented, "Gyeongseong Creature made me reflect on things that remain unchanged despite the changing times and on living together with others. I'm grateful and happy that the intense two years spent as Tae Sang and Ho Jae have been conveyed to the viewers around the world." 

Han So Hee remarked, "I am both sad and relieved that the two-year journey has finally come to an end. I'm happy and amazed that we're living in a time when we can introduce Korean works to so many countries. I'm curious about how people from different perspectives will view Gyeongseong Creature, and I hope our hard work pays off. Additionally, since this work has opened up a path for me as an actor, it feels even more meaningful." 

Claudia Kim shared, "The task of portraying Maeda was a challenging one, as it required emotional restraint while also conveying a great deal. Maintaining the performance while expressing and maturing those emotions over an extended period was not easy, which is why, looking back, this work remains even more rewarding. I think Maeda will stay with me for a long time. Thank you to those who watched and loved Gyeongseong Creature."
